Getting an appointment here feels like a game of chance. Moved without notice, long wait to return

I attended to request an appointment but was informed that I had been transferred to a different practice. Despite my last visit being considerably longer ago, I was told the transfer had occurred shortly before I made contact. Following this transfer, I was advised that I would need to wait several months before I could return to the original practice.

Complaint ignored after submitting written letter

I attempted to lodge a complaint and was informed that written submissions were required. I submitted a letter in person but received no response. I subsequently arranged an appointment, which has been scheduled as a telephone consultation approximately a month away.

I have consistently had a positive experience with this practice. I am regularly able to see someone or receive a telephone consultation either on the same day or within the week. I am aware that other surgeries have much longer waiting times to speak with a clinician. The guidance I have received has always been satisfactory. I appreciate the service provided.

I would just like to thank everyone at the surgery who have been amazing throughout the pandemic. I was even referred to a private hospital to have a procedure carried out, and it was all arranged efficiently with a couple of phone calls and some documentation shared with the clinical team.

Unwanted texts and unhelpful phone response

This practice continues to send text messages about scheduling appointments for a medical procedure, but there is no option to reply to these messages to decline them. When I called the surgery to request that these texts stop, I was informed that this was not possible and was instead instructed to submit a written request. The staff member I spoke with was not particularly friendly or accommodating during this interaction.
