Great first impression of caring medical practice

We just switched to this medical office, and after our initial visit today, I'm impressed by how welcoming and informative the front desk team was. They patiently addressed all of our inquiries and helped put us at ease. While we haven't had to consult with a physician yet, I'm optimistic that the doctors will be as professional and supportive as the administrative staff we encountered today.

Terrible service and zero communication from this practice

I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for several weeks, but they consistently claim no availability. During one call, they abruptly terminated the conversation while explaining their inability to provide an appointment slot. Additionally, when we requested a renewal for an asthma inhaler prescription, they flatly refused. I absolutely cannot endorse this medical practice.

Terrible customer service from unprofessional medical staff

Sidra, the receptionist, displayed an appalling level of unprofessionalism and disrespect. Her approach to handling medication inquiries was completely unethical. When my mother contacted the office to clarify her prescription details, instead of being helpful, Sidra immediately began shouting and blaming her for not placing the order correctly. I was absolutely stunned by such an aggressive and inappropriate response. It's incomprehensible how someone with such poor interpersonal skills can remain in a customer-facing role. The level of service was utterly unacceptable and deplorable. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this establishment due to their abysmal customer treatment!

Unprofessional doctor with zero medical guidance

I recently visited a medical professional for treatment of my scalp psoriasis, atopic eczema, severe tonsillitis, and migraine. Although I can't remember the doctor's name, the consultation was frustratingly unhelpful. Instead of receiving expert guidance on appropriate medications, I found myself having to educate the doctor about potential treatments. This experience was so disappointing that I absolutely cannot suggest this healthcare provider to anyone else. 🤦‍♂️

I want to express my gratitude to the prescription manager for her exceptional and compassionate service. Managing multiple medications with varying refill dates can be challenging, and before her involvement, I frequently experienced problems with missing prescriptions, which required constant follow-up calls. Since she has taken charge, all my medications are now synchronized to the same date, and my dosages have been perfectly coordinated. As a long-standing patient of 35 years, I can genuinely appreciate the significant improvements in the clinic's operations. Kudos to the entire staff and Dr. Singh for maintaining such high standards. I sincerely hope this level of care continues.

Terrible healthcare with rude and incompetent staff

The front desk personnel and majority of the physicians display a severe lack of professionalism. They come across as invasive, uninformed, and utterly incompetent. The receptionists are deceitful regarding scheduling and communicate in a confusing, illogical manner when handling appointment requests. A particular female doctor demonstrated extremely unprofessional conduct while delivering my test results, exhibiting a shockingly dismissive and offensive demeanor. I ultimately chose to deregister from this medical practice because the level of professionalism has been consistently abysmal for an extended period. The entire staff appears unethical and remarkably ill-prepared for their roles.

Utterly appalling and highly unprofessional service. After weeks of struggle, I finally secured an appointment for my son, but only after enduring multiple unnecessary phone consultations when an in-person examination was clearly required. I was forced to contact 111 just to get a proper appointment. Upon referral to our son's surgery, the receptionist initially misinterpreted the referral letter, making her own incorrect assumptions. Only after we insisted she carefully read the document did she acknowledge it was indeed an appointment request. Today's visit was equally frustrating - they mandated face mask wearing without consideration for potential breathing difficulties. When challenged, the doctor used manipulative tactics, threatening to refuse treatment if my son didn't comply, stating bluntly, "If you don't put on a mask, I won't see your son." The physician, Dr. Saleem, demonstrated a complete lack of professional compassion and medical understanding.

The medical facility is extremely unprofessional and fails to follow through on their promises. The doctor claimed they would contact me within a week after my examination, but a whole month has passed with no communication. I've been forced to research and handle everything independently. When I attempted to contact the reception, the staff seemed completely uninformed and unhelpful. The receptionist I spoke with was particularly discourteous. The entire experience was so poor that I sincerely hope I never need to return to this clinic again.

I was fortunate to consult with a physician associate at the weekend clinic, whose name I recall as Rainer Kpeglo. Her level of care and professionalism was absolutely exceptional. I arrived at the medical center feeling incredibly anxious, but she completely put me at ease. She attentively listened to every single one of my worries and provided excellent support. I can honestly say I've never had such a positive medical encounter before today. After our consultation, I felt significantly more relaxed and reassured.
