Frustrating service with unhelpful and unresponsive receptionists

Whenever I attempt to contact a physician, the appointments are perpetually occupied, regardless of being second or third in the queue. Even if you ring twice weekly, they prevent you from consulting a doctor due to their strict policy limiting patient calls to once per week. I question: isn't it possible for someone to fall ill multiple times in seven days? Apparently, if you haven't called for half a year, everything is acceptable. The medical professionals themselves are excellent, but the front desk staff's communication is subpar - though not uniformly terrible. Some receptionists are more helpful than others. However, I cannot endorse this general practice.

Every staff member is consistently friendly and incredibly supportive. The general practitioner, Doctor is extremely kind and courteous. Horrible service and zero patient compassion

They claim to start operations at 9, but I've been attempting to reach them since then, and their phone line remains unresponsive. I've dialed over 50 times, and they finally answered at 10:15 only to inform me they're completely reserved and advised me to try again tomorrow (a recurring response I've heard repeatedly). When I attempted to elaborate on my circumstances, they abruptly terminated the call... my child is unwell, and the staff demonstrates zero compassion! Absolutely the most terrible medical practice I've encountered!

Absolutely the worst medical clinic I've ever encountered. I'm desperate to find a new healthcare provider where I can actually receive my medication without endless delays and repeated phone calls. The reception staff's demeanor is incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. Every time I attempt to schedule an appointment, they consistently give me the runaround, repeatedly telling me to call back at different times. When I call in the morning, they claim they're fully booked and suggest calling in the evening. When I call in the evening, they redirect me back to calling in the morning. This continuous cycle of evasion is frustrating, especially considering that individuals might be dealing with urgent medical concerns. Their apparent lack of empathy and commitment to customer service is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

Steer clear of this medical practice at all costs If you care about your well-being The front desk staff are incredibly discourteous. They abruptly terminate calls when I begin to introduce myself, and occasionally disconnect before I can even start, sometimes feigning poor connection. Interestingly, when I respond with a few choice words, the line suddenly becomes crystal clear Moreover, I was assured I would receive my COVID and flu vaccinations last Friday, and I'm still waiting. I believe they made that promise merely to dismiss me ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERN FOR YOUR HEALTH

Terrible service and wasted time at gp practice

Utterly worthless. I got an automated email instructing me to arrive at the clinic with identification after completing online registration. Upon reaching the entrance, an unidentified woman without a mask or any official credentials informed me that the email was automatically sent and due to COVID, they weren't admitting patients. I tried explaining that I had taken a day off work specifically for this appointment, but she was completely indifferent. I urgently need this GP registration for my son's school enrollment, and this incompetent medical practice with its useless employees—who undoubtedly cost taxpayers a fortune—have wasted my time, money, and patience. They're conveniently using COVID as an excuse for their total lack of professionalism.
