We arrived at this medical practice with optimistic expectations, but our experience has been a letdown from the start. It's far from comforting when the physician resorts to searching symptoms on their mobile device. When we visited in person, the dismissive and discourteous behavior of the two young receptionists was the ultimate deal-breaker. This medical procedure is utterly shameful. The receptionist was extremely unpleasant, falsely claiming I hadn't submitted my prescription request when I clearly had. Both the nurse and Dr. Cox were pushing to administer a nasal flu vaccine to my 21-year-old autistic son, despite it being inappropriate and only recommended for individuals up to 17 years old.

Terrible service and medication management nightmare
Completely frustrated with this medical practice right now. Dr. Muhammad claims he's managing my medication and will send it to the pharmacy, telling me to wait 48 hours to pick it up. When I go to collect the new tablets, I'm informed that nothing has been sent electronically to the doctors. The young receptionist is utterly unhelpful and promises to call me back, but I'm still waiting. This whole experience feels like a complete mockery, playing games with patients' health and medication needs.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Napier, and I must say, she is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in as a new patient, her demeanor was incredibly friendly and inviting. She was incredibly attentive, comprehensive in her examination, and truly listened to my concerns. The cherry on top? I managed to secure an appointment on the very same day - I was so surprised, I nearly toppled out of my chair! I wholeheartedly recommend her services. The only minor drawback is that the reception staff could benefit from being a bit more cheerful 😬

I'm really impressed with this medical practice. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, particularly when helping me during phone calls during my asthma flare-ups - I've always managed to secure an appointment. They've also been supportive regarding my mental health needs. The asthma nurse was especially accommodating, even fitting me in after a chance encounter in the hallway. I'm utterly appalled by the reception team's abysmal customer service. Upon reaching the front desk today, I was met with hostile stares that suggested I was interrupting their unprofessional gossip session, where they were openly criticizing their coworkers. The receptionist addressed me in a condescending manner, almost interrogating me about the purpose of my earlier appointment request, making me feel uncomfortable and pressured to divulge personal information that should remain private. Frankly, it's clear these receptionists desperately need additional training to understand the basics of respectful and courteous customer interaction.

The reception staff are largely excellent, with just one exception, and they consistently go above and beyond to accommodate patients and provide assistance. Several of the physicians are equally impressive, demonstrating both kindness and expertise. Dr. Dixon stands out as an exceptional general practitioner - truly the best I've encountered - and I'm disappointed that I'm uncertain about her current practice location. However, Dr. Harde and Dr. Stubbs are equally commendable professionals who maintain the same high standard of care.

The practice management is utterly incompetent... the staff are completely disorganized and lack any semblance of coordination. They can't even handle a simple prescription correctly. I was directly assured during an in-person conversation that I would not require a medication review, yet when I received my prescription, I was given only HALF my typical dosage. It's completely unacceptable...
