Brilliant Experience

I recently went for a blood test and usually my veins do not behave and it takes ages to get the blood and several attempts. Not on this occasion though, Lucy took my blood first time with ease. Not a single bruise or mark left. Will make sure I remember her name for next time.

Compassionate Doctors Who Truly Care

I'd wholeheartedly endorse Manor House without hesitation - they've truly been exceptional. I'm consistently seen promptly and my concerns are efficiently addressed. Dr Moore and Dr Dubridge are simply outstanding physicians. Having battled mental health challenges and various medical issues, I can't imagine where I'd be without their incredible support. The Hadfield reception staff are consistently warm and accommodating, and the healthcare assistants are equally delightful. I wouldn't consider seeking medical care anywhere else ❤️

Waited Over 30 Minutes for a Blood Test

After previously utilizing their online triage service, which worked reasonably well, I attended an in-person consultation for a straightforward blood test today. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, but by 2:00 PM I was thoroughly frustrated - it's not as if I don't have professional commitments. When I approached reception, they explained that their computer systems had just crashed, leaving staff uncertain about patient schedules. If the systems had only just failed, why had I been waiting over 30 minutes for such a simple appointment?? I can tolerate a minor delay, but being kept waiting for more than half an hour is completely unacceptable. The clinic sends persistent reminders to patients about punctuality, yet they themselves cannot manage their own appointment timelines or maintain functional technology. This experience epitomizes the current state of dysfunction within the NHS.

Terrible clinic with useless appointment system

Medical staff lacking empathy, receptionists behaving like aggressive gatekeepers who can't even schedule appointments correctly. Their administrative skills are so poor they struggle with basic calendar management. Critical forms shut down early in the day, and patients are then redirected to walk-in centers. The entire practice seems utterly pointless - what's the purpose of being registered with a healthcare provider if accessing care is this complicated? The whole operation is a complete disappointment and frankly ridiculous.

Recently visited this location for an appointment. The personnel are incredibly cordial and hospitable. Despite arriving ahead of schedule because of inclement weather, they accommodated me immediately. Abundant parking facilities are available. Extremely convenient to access. Conveniently situated near the downtown area with proximity to public transportation routes. The reception area is spacious, offering numerous comfortable seating options.
