GreatBack to the 'Bad Old Days'
This was once a perfect example of how a rural practice should serve its patients. Sadly, whilst the GPS, Medical Professional and Pharmacy remain 1st Class. THATS OF LITLLE COMFORT IF YOU CANT ACCESS THEM! The Practice is now heading back the bad old days of the 1980's. In short, the Reception Staff are insensitive, condescending and dismissive. As in days past (see above) their attitude is becoming a real barrier to accessing a GP in times of need. They have no medical knowledge, but refuse to prioritise Patients based on they needs they present. In short, how long before we return to the condition where front desk staff become an unacceptable barrier to accessing medical advice based on need?

Exceptional care and compassion from medical professionals
I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Martin and the entire team, including back office staff, reception, and pharmacy personnel. I was able to secure a prompt appointment, and the comprehensive health check was exceptional. The detailed explanation of my blood test results provided me with tremendous reassurance and comfort. Declining quality and service at local medical practice
What was once a top-notch medical practice has declined, with the doctors' discourteous behavior becoming increasingly intolerable. The facility is now overwhelmed, leading to diminished quality of care and limited patient access, while the staff's unprofessional attitude has grown even more pronounced.

Friendly staff and helpful health tracking machine
Every visit to this medical practice has been a positive experience for me. The personnel are top-notch, and I particularly appreciate the new self-service kiosk in the waiting room that measures weight, height, and blood pressure, providing a convenient printed report. I make sure to use this machine each time I come to collect my prescription.

Amazing healthcare team with heart and efficiency
Manor House Surgery is truly unparalleled in the area. The staff are impeccable, and getting appointments with doctors is incredibly smooth and efficient, with stringent COVID safety measures in place. The pharmacy team, in particular, stands out as exceptionally supportive and responsive. After experiencing less-than-stellar medical practices in the past, these remarkable professionals are an absolute blessing. They approach every request with genuine care and willingness, making the entire healthcare experience seamless. I am thoroughly impressed and cannot find a single aspect to criticize.
