This doctor has barely tested birth control injections to a teenager, who had mental health issues and hormonal issues, as the teenager had come to dr. Khan for contraceptive advise. This teenager has been told now that this medication was not well tested and had to have an MRI scan, as there were risks of brain tumors and brain cancer from this contraceptive injection that was pushed onto them. This dr should be fired for medical malpractice.

Heartless Receptionist Refused Repeat Prescription
This doesn't even merit a single star rating. I advocated for a vulnerable family member struggling with significant mental health challenges who urgently required their repeat prescription and pain medication. The receptionist was shockingly callous and indifferent, refusing to provide the prescription by phone despite previous accommodations. She insisted the family member must physically come to the medical centre, despite being barely able to walk due to intense pain. When I explained his condition, she coldly stated "he has to come down and fill out a form"! Absolutely outrageous! Upon requesting to speak with a manager, her dismissive response was that they wouldn't help either! I'm astounded this practice continues to operate! The Care Quality Commission would be appalled by their blatant negligence. The staff, particularly the reception team, demonstrate complete incompetence and a total lack of professional training. This establishment desperately requires a comprehensive investigation! They have completely abandoned their fundamental Duty of Care!!!!!!!!

Misdiagnosed and Nearly Missed Serious Illness
Steer clear if you have pre-existing medical conditions. I consulted my primary care physician in the morning, who assured me everything was fine. By evening, I was rushed to the hospital via ambulance due to critical jaundice and a serious infection. I ended up being admitted for a week and a half.

almost impossible to get an appointment or call on the same day. if you are seen by a gp, they hurry you along and if they refer you to another service, nine times out of ten, they do it incorrectly and by the time you find out, weeks have passed and you have start all over again. if you arrange a gp call back, they will call you at exactly the time you tell them you're not free. and if it's not that, they will only let the phone ring for 5 seconds before hanging up. appointments ALWAYS run late and there is never a word of apology from anyone. the patient records and notes are usually incomplete, inaccurate or misleading on their online system which is mostly useless because most of the features are disabled because they wouldn't want patients knowing information about themselves, would they? Would they?! because for these people, patients are morons and best kept in the dark. some of the 'care navigators' (receptionists) are helpful, others always sounding like they're doing you a huge favour by even picking up the phone.

Wasted 40 Minutes on Pointless Phone Call
I endured a 40-minute phone wait attempting to reorder my regular prescriptions, only to be told they cannot process orders via telephone - despite this being my usual method every single time before. I wasn't initially planning to leave a review, but the staff's inefficiency in keeping me on hold for absolutely nothing is infuriating. I'm definitely changing healthcare providers because they are totally incompetent and shockingly inconsiderate towards patients. With zero empathy, they dismissed my urgent situation after I explained I'm completely out of medication and desperately need my prescriptions. They simply instructed me to use their online system, which I'm unfamiliar with, while I'm already experiencing significant distress from having no pills left!!!!!!!!

Despite this, the surgical facility appears unkempt, with walls marred by peeling paint from excessive tape use. The floor is so grimy that you'd want to clean your shoes after leaving, let alone before entering. The entire space desperately requires a thorough cleaning and maintenance.

I got a return call from the doctor's office where they barely let the phone ring once before disconnecting. I wasted an entire hour waiting in the phone queue, which is somewhat normal, but when I finally reached the front of the line, the phone rang continuously for over 5 minutes with no one answering before the call abruptly terminated! Completely unacceptable - they desperately need to either recruit additional front desk personnel or train the existing staff to improve their customer service!

Can't Get Through to My Doctor's Surgery
Impossible to reach them by phone - they suggest calling at 8am, but even at 10am it's still impossible to get through, and this is a daily occurrence. What about patients who can't physically visit the clinic and desperately need medical guidance or prescription refills? The whole situation is completely unacceptable and ridiculous.
