Rude receptionist creates dangerous driving environment

Jeanette, the blonde curly-haired receptionist, was incredibly discourteous. I brought this to the manager's attention, and she was subsequently reprimanded, ensuring a much more pleasant demeanor during our next interaction. Her driving into the parking lot in her small white car was reminiscent of a chaotic racing scene - absolutely hazardous! The menacing glare she shot me while I cautiously maneuvered out of a blind spot was truly shocking. I contemplated reporting her but decided against it, reasoning that her reckless driving would inevitably catch up with her. I figured she'd either attract legal consequences or potentially cause a serious accident that might finally make her reconsider her dangerous behavior. I'll provide a detailed account of my recent experience soon, which warrants a 1-star rating. I'm currently too distressed to recount the entire incident. To anyone responding to this review: I kindly request that you identify yourself, rather than simply suggesting I contact the medical practice, as I've noticed in other negative reviews. After recent events, I have absolutely no desire to interact with this individual ever again.

Terrible healthcare service with no communication

The service was genuinely subpar. Upon joining, I was meant to receive a notification for my booster vaccination, but no message arrived. After contacting reception and confirming my details, I was assured I'd get an invitation - which never materialized. Additionally, when I had an urgent health concern and scheduled an appointment, the doctor completely disregarded it. Despite my follow-up calls and being promised a consultation that day, I received a dismissive message around 6:55 pm - right before the practice closed - essentially saying, "Sorry I couldn't reach you, rebook if needed," when in fact no genuine attempt to contact me had been made. Ultimately, I was forced to call 111 and subsequently switch to a different general practitioner.
