Terrible doctors left me in a&e

Doctors here are an absolute disaster, from the supposedly professional medical staff (who clearly can't distinguish basic anatomy) to the rude receptionist with her terrible attitude. She acts like answering the phone is an unbearable chore. This practice deserves to be shut down entirely for its complete disregard for patient care. They're negligent in every way: wrong test results, missed diagnoses, and their solution to everything is throwing antidepressants at patients. No referrals, no follow-ups, no genuine concern - they just collect a paycheck for doing nothing. I ended up in the Accident and Emergency department three separate times because of their total indifference to my health. They eventually called to apologize, clearly worried about potential complaints about their shocking negligence. One of their doctors was completely incompetent. These clowns only reached out because they knew they could get into serious trouble. My advice? Avoid this surgery at all costs. If you're currently registered here, find another practice immediately. Anyone considering joining this joke of a medical center needs their own head examined. You'll definitely need medical attention after dealing with these so-called healthcare professionals.

Rude staff ruined my entire experience

Oh dear, the Harribal office personnel are consistently dreadful. The staff demonstrate zero credibility and consistently display extremely discourteous behavior. I believe the employees act like bosses, and the management supports their attitude. This establishment deserves absolutely no stars - a single star rating is far too generous for their appalling service.

Worst doctor's visit after A&E

Manor Medical Centre is an absolute nightmare and quite possibly the worst healthcare provider in the entire United Kingdom. Their service is so abysmal that I can't comprehend how they continue to operate with such dismal reviews. During my recent experience, after visiting A&E, I requested to speak with a doctor. Instead, I was assigned an advanced practitioner who seemed completely bewildered, and I actually had to guide them on what prescription I needed. This is unacceptable medical care. The practice has consistently demonstrated a shocking lack of compassion. They forced my elderly mother, who has suffered knee pain for over a year, to undergo physiotherapy without properly assessing her condition. Despite receiving a professional recommendation from a private osteopath for an MRI scan, the GP completely ignored it, showing they simply do not care about patient well-being. Their reception process is equally terrible. They force patients to endure lengthy recorded messages, only to be cut off and told they're too busy. When I urgently needed an appointment, the receptionist was utterly unhelpful, casually suggesting I find a walk-in centre by googling it myself. The entire experience is frustrating, disheartening, and symptomatic of a failing healthcare system. Someone needs to intervene and help the NHS improve its standard of care. This is not just bad service; it's a complete breakdown of medical professionalism.

Terrible unprofessional employees - steer clear or file a complaint with regulatory authorities as patient care is at serious risk. The nursing staff actively promoted self-destructive behaviors, and other front desk personnel displayed callous attitudes when mental health concerns were raised.

Terrible contraception appointments at this clinic

Steer clear of this utterly incompetent medical facility! The physicians constantly provide conflicting information and fail to document details accurately, resulting in cancelled consultations!! As someone who rarely seeks medical care and only requires contraception services, their appointment management is an absolute disaster! If possible, seek healthcare elsewhere immediately!

Frustrating wait for surgical appointment

The quality of this surgical procedure is abysmal, and I refuse to award even a single star. For the past three days, I've been struggling to secure an appointment, and despite following their instruction to call at 8 AM, I'm still unable to schedule anything. There's so much more I could say about this frustrating experience, but I'm too exhausted to expend any more effort on this matter. 😡

Heartless staff left me without crucial meds

Completely appalled and repulsed by Manor Park Surgery on Parker Drive in Leicester. The staff demonstrate zero concern for patient welfare, leaving individuals without essential medications and citing review requirements, despite a recent assessment eight months prior. I desperately require prescriptions for my cardiac condition, hypertension, and respiratory disease, but the staff's utter incompetence seems more interested in causing potential harm than providing care. I strongly advise anyone valuing their health to avoid this medical practice, as their negligence could potentially put your life at serious risk.

Locum doctors who don't care

The most abysmal service imaginable, a complete disaster where medical professionals dismiss your concerns. I'm utterly exhausted by the lack of care and professionalism from both staff and physicians. Apparently, all the regular doctors have been let go, leaving only temporary locum doctors who show zero commitment. Steer clear of this medical practice without hesitation.

Impossible to book doctor's appointment

Attempting to schedule a consultation here is futile unless you're physically present at the clinic by 7:30 am sharp. I've been unable to see any of the new physicians because securing an appointment seems impossible, despite the website claiming you can book 2-3 weeks ahead. I've attempted to use their online booking system, but it appears to be completely non-functional at this point.

Terrible clinic turned me away with breast lump

I'm giving them zero stars if I could. This medical practice has been a complete letdown for me and my family. Their scheduling is abysmal, constantly forcing us to use after-hours care because getting a regular appointment is impossible. The situation was so dire that I was compelled to relocate, finding a new local medical provider further away - and it's still a massive improvement. I strongly advise against using this practice. They were shockingly indifferent when I discovered a breast lump, and I was callously turned away without concern for my health.

Rude anp ignored my walking stick

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service quality at Parker drive medical centre. My visit was simply to obtain a comprehensive medical assessment for an internal muscle injury and secure a sick note. The A&E doctor I previously consulted strongly recommended a GP review to definitively determine my expected recovery period, suggesting I would be off work for 4-6 weeks. The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) displayed shocking unprofessionalism. She watched me struggle with a heavy door while I was clearly using a walking stick due to my injury's severity. Her demeanor was completely disrespectful, avoiding eye contact and fixating on my mask compliance. She interrogated me rudely, asking "what's wrong with you?" with zero compassion and an unacceptable attitude. Her disinterest was evident by her failure to review the referral notes from the Royal Infirmary. The ANP abruptly demanded I recount the A&E doctor's discussion. Upon hearing about my injury and recommended sick leave, she arbitrarily contradicted the A&E doctor's assessment, insisting I call the surgery weekly to report my condition - a decision made without conducting any examination. When I requested a sickness note, she claimed she would send it via text and refused to provide a hard copy. Unsurprisingly, no sickness note was received. This experience was utterly disgraceful, and no patient should endure such treatment. I was forced to reschedule another appointment, which was incredibly inconvenient given my physical state. The Advance Nurse Practitioner fundamentally violated NHS CORE VALUES: Working together for patients, Respect and dignity Commitment to quality of care, Compassion Improving lives and Everyone counts. Fortunately, I did manage to discuss the incident with the practice manager, who listened attentively. Who knows how many other patients have suffered similar mistreatment? Someone needed to hold this individual accountable and expose their unprofessional conduct.

Westcotes clinic messed up our appointments

This surgical experience has been absolutely abysmal. On two separate occasions, they scheduled appointments for my children at the Westcotes location, yet upon arrival, we were informed no booking existed! Not a single confirmation message was sent 😕. I've squandered precious time and fuel, and my daughter continues to suffer. I'm unquestionably switching healthcare providers.
