Terrible service for my elderly mum's care

Goodness gracious, how is this even permissible? Public funds are being used to support a completely non-functional service. I'm dealing with my aging mother's medical clinic, and I'm utterly exasperated attempting to communicate with them about critical health consultations necessary for her continued prescription management. Clearly, the multitude of scathing feedback means absolutely nothing, as not a single complaint has been acknowledged, and their behavior is shockingly discourteous!!!!

Their appointment system is so ineffective that securing a consultation seems impossible. Using their online booking, you're instructed to schedule appointments three weeks in advance. How can anyone predict their medical needs so far ahead? Attempting to book at precisely 8:00am is futile, as all appointments vanish instantaneously, even before speaking with an operator - demonstrating their exceptional incompetence. When visiting in person, staff repeatedly direct you to call at 8:00am sharp. When challenged about unanswered phone lines, they claim they're overwhelmed and suggest alternative options like calling 101, 111, or visiting walk-in centers. What purpose does registering with this practice serve if patients can never actually see their designated GP? My advice is clear: if you genuinely want medical attention, steer clear of this surgery entirely - AVOID at all costs.

Nurse paramjit ruined my whole surgery visit

This surgical experience was absolutely terrible. They never addressed my questions, offered zero guidance, and displayed incredibly unprofessional attitudes. The staff, particularly a nurse named Paramjit, was extremely discourteous during our phone interaction. She was completely unwilling to listen or help me at all. I strongly advise against scheduling any appointments with her. The only saving grace was a couple of receptionists, especially one named Sonal, who was genuinely helpful and actually resolved my issues. I'm grateful to that specific staff member for her assistance.

Impossible to book appointments for sick kids

Absolutely the most terrible general practitioner practice I've encountered. They consistently lack available appointment slots, even for pediatric patients dealing with ongoing medical conditions. Their phone line is perpetually engaged, giving the impression they're intentionally blocking calls. I'm definitively switching healthcare providers. I wouldn't suggest this practice to anyone under any circumstances. This has been the most frustrating medical experience I've endured in the past half-decade, and I've reached my absolute limit with their incompetence.

Terrible service when you're feeling sick

If you're unwell, steer clear of this practice. They're more interested in dismissing your concerns and hoping issues resolve on their own. This utterly ineffective medical center only provides telephone consultations. They instruct you to contact 111 or 119, and within moments of opening, all available doctor call slots mysteriously vanish. If you value your wellbeing, select any alternative general practice.

I've been persistently trying to access my appointments, test results, and medical records through the online system since early January. Despite weekly phone calls, I'm still encountering zero progress, and it's now March. Following the recommended steps, I've attempted to request online services, but the system now shows my request as merely pending.

Rude staff ruined my healthcare experience

Consistently lacking available time slots, the personnel display a discourteous attitude frequently. I believe if someone can't handle the stress, they shouldn't pursue this role! Numerous professionals in customer service manage to interact courteously when explaining unavailability, without becoming aggressive. I acknowledge this isn't universal, and some patients can become confrontational, but when making a simple inquiry, their hostile response seems completely unwarranted. It's disgraceful that they represent the NHS in a profession supposedly centered on compassionate care!!! The facility is utterly deplorable, and while I'd gladly transfer to another practice, current regulations make this impossible without what they deem a "valid" justification. Apparently, receiving substandard service doesn't qualify as a legitimate reason for seeking alternative healthcare!!

Worst receptionist led to hospital visit

The front desk staff is absolutely dreadful, appearing as if she's enduring some form of disciplinary confinement. When my partner phoned to schedule a consultation, she dismissively claimed it was merely a viral infection. He was hospitalized with bronchitis just 48 hours later. For the past two years, we've consistently struggled to secure appointments for our children or ourselves when necessary. We're actively planning to switch healthcare providers at the earliest opportunity. In my assessment, if your goal is to hasten your demise, this practice is exceptionally equipped to assist you. It's a mockery of medical care, not a genuine general practitioner's office.

What an absolute disaster! Trying to secure a phone appointment is impossible, with their schedule completely full for three weeks. When booking online, no details are provided, and suddenly I'm told I must go to Melton Road for my daughter's appointment. How was I supposed to know about the restrictions for parker drive without any email or text message? The phone lines are perpetually engaged in the morning, and by 10 am, all appointments are gone.
