Friendly staff and smooth healthcare experience

The front desk staff consistently demonstrate a helpful attitude, even during peak times when the phone lines get congested, and they maintain a courteous demeanor. I noticed that one of my previous doctors has retired and been replaced by a new physician. Thus far, the new GP has been competent and has proactively suggested a follow-up appointment. The check-in process is also streamlined and user-friendly upon arrival.

Terrible gp service with racist and unprofessional staff

I've encountered the most disappointing medical practice I've ever been registered with. Their attitude towards foreigners is discriminatory, treating me as if paying taxes doesn't entitle me to proper healthcare. Even though my appointments are infrequent, each visit is marked by the same indifferent and cold reception. Today, my scheduled appointment was at 5:50pm, but I wasn't called until 6:10pm. Midway through the consultation, the doctor abruptly mentioned the GP was closing soon, as if that was my problem. She refused to refer me to a hospital, despite me discovering I'm pregnant. By 6:24pm, I was unceremoniously dismissed and told to schedule another appointment. Frankly, this GP practice demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and basic patient care, and I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.
