Women's health in this surgery is not prioritised. Staff sickness in this surgery is very high. Cancellation of appointments is frequent. Twice I have had appointments cancelled on the day with the next option available more than 3 weeks in the future. Not good, especially since the procedure I was being booked for was requested by an NHS consultant for cancer prevention.

I submitted my request via the online form, detailing my concerns, and to my surprise, a representative called me back in just half an hour. They promptly scheduled a triage consultation within 90 minutes. Upon arrival, I spent merely 5 minutes in the waiting area before being seen. The staff truly heard me out, and I was completely satisfied with the result. The entire experience was absolutely flawless, which is why I'm giving a full 5-star rating.

Referral Cancelled, Hopes Crushed

I'm baffled by the 4-star rating for this medical service. It barely merits a single star! Despite persistently advocating for an ENT consultation due to sinus issues spanning over ten years, they drafted a referral letter which the GP subsequently cancelled before it could be processed - absolutely absurd! The GP's patronizing remarks during the appointment were even more infuriating. She clearly lacks understanding of the daily struggles: the impossible task of falling asleep when nasal breathing is compromised, the misery of a completely blocked nose during flu that resists all treatments, and the nightly disruptions from simply changing sleep positions and suddenly being unable to breathe. My frustration knows no bounds. I desperately wish I could withdraw from NHS coverage and invest in private healthcare. The national health service has devolved into a complete mockery!

Rude Receptionist Ruined Our Clinic Visit

Having spent 20 years managing a substantial surgical practice in Australia and now practicing in the United Kingdom, I am utterly dismayed by the unprofessional and disrespectful conduct of the reception personnel at this medical facility. The staff member named Karen was especially condescending and treated us with remarkable discourtesy. I find it truly astonishing that a medical practice's front desk representative would exhibit such inappropriate behavior. I earnestly hope this interaction does not indicate the standard of care provided by the general practitioners themselves. As a further development, the practice's administrator contacted us today, and instead of offering any explanation or expressing regret, proceeded to criticize us for voicing our concerns. I am genuinely astounded that, rather than attempting to resolve the situation constructively, the administrative staff have effectively suggested we seek medical services elsewhere.
