Missed Midwife Appointment Because of Bus Delay

My partner was scheduled for her final midwifery consultation today on 04.10.2022 at 8:30, with the intention of informing them about her departure from the country. Unfortunately, we arrived 7 minutes behind schedule due to a bus cancellation, and the receptionist's response was abrupt: "You're late" and "no appointment". She could have made an effort to contact the midwife and inquire whether we could still be seen, especially since her next patient wasn't until 9:00. We were left feeling completely unwelcome. The staff should receive better training in customer service and refrain from making unilateral decisions on behalf of qualified medical professionals. I'm truly disappointed. While I recognize it's part of her job, I hope she can demonstrate more courtesy in future interactions.

I reached out in excruciating ear pain seeking a medical consultation, yet your receptionist inexplicably referred me to an eyewear store! I strongly urge you to prevent your front desk personnel from dispensing medical recommendations.

Pandemic Shutdown Killed Patient Care

The surgical practice is a complete disaster. They essentially ceased patient care during the COVID-19 pandemic and appear to be operating with a skeleton crew, if at all. Patients with chronic health issues have been completely neglected for an extended period. They've been irresponsibly prescribing medication without conducting in-person examinations and have outright rejected referral requests to specialized medical professionals. Their new "triage system" is nothing more than a bureaucratic nightmare that traps patients in an endless cycle, effectively forcing them to either pay for private healthcare or resort to emergency room visits. The entire operation is characterized by sheer laziness, total inefficiency, and profound unprofessionalism.
