Terrible service and zero patient consideration

I brought my wife and daughter to the clinic, arriving a few minutes ahead of schedule. Despite waiting patiently in line, the staff at the reception were engaged in conversation. When it was finally our turn, they informed us that we were 10 minutes past our appointment time and could no longer be seen by the doctors. I'm absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with this experience. If you're looking for a GP, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this place!

The staff's customer service is abysmal. I was left hanging on the phone for half an hour, and when the receptionist finally picked up, they merely mumbled a greeting twice before abruptly hanging up. Their lack of professionalism and consideration is infuriating.

Terrible service ruins good doctor's medical practice

Absolute bottom-tier medical practice in the country. My usual physician is kind and competent, with impressive professional skills. However, their administrative operations are incredibly subpar. Their appointment scheduling mechanism is perpetually unstable, frequently altering just when patients become accustomed to the current system. Currently, their entire booking platform and website have gone offline, rendering appointment scheduling impossible. Terrible reception staff ruin healthcare experience

Time and again, I have encountered receptionists who demonstrate rudeness, unprofessional conduct, and a clear lack of both competence and proper telephone communication skills. These repeated negative experiences have significantly undermined my ability to effectively interact with the practice, causing me considerable distress and making me feel unsupported in my attempts to access necessary healthcare services. Terrible service from rude and unhelpful receptionists

I'd rate this GP zero stars if I could - the 1-star rating doesn't even capture how bad they are!!! The reception staff are absolutely TERRIBLE and completely disrespectful. Tracy and Genevieve consistently interrupt patients and refuse to listen to anyone's concerns. They're incredibly unhelpful!! I've raised complaints multiple times about these two staff members who display shocking unprofessionalism and seem totally incompetent. It's mind-boggling how people this useless are allowed to work in a medical setting when they can't support patients who need assistance.

Disrespectful doctor treats patient with unjust racism

18th of June 2024 I encountered a physician this evening who displayed blatant racial prejudice, making me feel utterly insignificant and dismissed. They callously suggested I return to my general practitioner. I maintained complete professionalism throughout our interaction. I even arrived two hours prior to my scheduled appointment, as requested by the front desk staff. It's deeply disheartening that after serving my country in the military, I am subjected to such disrespectful treatment. In fact, I am directly contributing to this doctor's income through my tax payments. How dare they treat me with such contempt! I am the one who will be financially responsible for the prescription, not the doctor! I repeat, how dare they! I will be formally lodging a complaint about this unacceptable experience.
