Feedback reveals a practice with significant operational challenges alongside isolated positive experiences. Appointment booking emerges as a persistent problem, with patients reporting repeated cancellations, rescheduling without notice, and difficulty securing consultations with doctors. The digital platform for booking and medication refills is frequently cited as dysfunctional, forcing patients to contact the practice by phone despite its intended purpose. Communication gaps are evident throughout, including lost documentation, lack of responsiveness to requests, and minimal explanation when issues occur. Reception experience is described as gatekeeping in nature, with staff appearing dismissive and unhelpful.
Access to doctors represents another key concern, with patients reporting limited availability and being redirected to pharmacists instead. Several patients describe feeling abandoned without proper medical support or continuity of care. Documentation handling is problematic, with forms and test results going missing or taking extended periods to retrieve. A smaller number of reviews highlight positive experiences, noting friendly staff, compassionate care from individual practitioners, quick appointment access in some instances, and efficient digital processes when they function properly.
The practice demonstrates inconsistency in service delivery. While some patients report receiving consultations within hours of requesting them and praise the efficiency of the digital platform and in-house pharmacy, others describe the same systems as completely non-functional. This variation suggests operational instability, particularly following recent acquisitions, with patients noting deterioration in service standards and loss of continuity after organisational changes.

Bad!
Terrible women's health care that failed me
Steer clear of this so-called women's health expert. I consulted her about a year ago, and she completely dismissed my intense menstrual pain, insisting birth control was the sole solution when I urgently needed a referral to a Gynecologist. I departed the consultation in complete emotional distress. Twelve months later, I've been diagnosed with probable Endometriosis after finally seeing a proper Gynaecologist, a progressive condition that can critically compromise reproductive capabilities. Absolutely worthless. Zero stars, if that were possible.

Bad!
Insensitive and unhelpful healthcare professionals
It pains me to share this experience, but during my first miscarriage, I requested my blood test results from the midwife. She claimed to have left them at reception, yet when I arrived, staff insisted no documents were available. Despite following up with the midwife, I received no information. During my second miscarriage, I consulted a GP to understand potential next steps and preventative measures. After discussing my concerns, I asked about ways to support my body's recovery and minimize future risks. Her response was shockingly dismissive: simply "don't get pregnant." I deeply regret not recording that GP's name.

Bad!
Terrible healthcare service that completely fails patients
These incompetents can't manage their own procedures. Twice I've arrived at a scheduled appointment only to be redirected elsewhere, with zero attempt to resolve the issue. Today, when I urgently needed medical attention, they once again botched the booking, dismissing it as an 'error'. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially when patient well-being is at stake.
