Excellent service overall. My appointment with Dr. Morgan was exactly on schedule. The reception staff were warm and inviting. The reminder messages proved to be extremely helpful.

Unhelpful Receptionists and Inconvenient Appointment System
I would give this a rating of zero stars if it were an option. The reception staff are extremely unhelpful, and the soonest appointment to consult with a doctor is on September 4th for a phone call that falls between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. This timing is not practical for someone who works off-site and cannot take phone calls during those hours!

I recently attended and saw the practice nurse Jill. She was very professional, kind and considerate.she made arrangements for me to have a ‘Healthy heart’ review only a few days later. I was seen by Kayleigh, a HCA, who was equally professional and kind. These two nurses were a wonderful example of how health care should be delivered.

I have attempted to reach out several times over the last three days in hopes of scheduling an appointment. Unfortunately, each time I try to call, the line is consistently busy, and I'm unable to leave a voicemail, request a callback, or send an email for assistance.

Exceptional care beyond the call of duty
The care and assistance I have obtained from the fantastic reception staff along with Dr. Khan and Dr. Singh have been remarkable concerning my parents, George and Elsie Tate. Over the past few years, they have faced numerous health challenges but consistently received outstanding support from the practice team. Following my father's recent passing, my mother Elsie has experienced exceptional care in these past days. I am truly grateful for everything you all have done. While it’s easy for people to voice complaints about the NHS, they often overlook acknowledging those who go above and beyond like Dr. Singh did last night by calling me at 8 PM with valuable advice regarding medication for my recently bereaved mother. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate all your efforts during this challenging time for our family.

Over the past six months, I have noticed a decline in my health. I have sought assistance and guidance from GP services. The receptionists and medical personnel have provided support through both in-person visits and phone consultations. They conducted several tests on-site and quickly referred me to specialists when necessary. Throughout this process, I found the staff to be consistently helpful and polite, always keeping me updated regarding my care plan. I truly appreciate their efforts and dedication to my well-being.
