Terrible doctor who only cares about money

Dr. A Hayat is absolutely terrible - he's completely useless as a physician. Instead of providing actual medical treatment, he constantly refers patients for unnecessary x-rays and blood tests, seemingly only to generate billing for the NHS. Since Dr. Shaun's departure, this medical practice has become a complete disaster.

This medical facility seems primarily geared towards urgent care, with a walk-in approach that appears somewhat limited. Attempting to use it as a primary care clinic feels futile. When trying to schedule an appointment, their response is typically a vague "call back next week." I had a 6 PM slot, but the healthcare provider seemed focused solely on emergency treatments, stating they could only address one medical concern and suggesting I book separate appointments for additional issues.

Excellent doctor turned disappointing medical experience

I've been a patient at this practice for a decade and previously enjoyed excellent, professional service. However, the quality has significantly declined in the past year. A senior receptionist consistently displays unhelpful attitudes, like dismissively stating I'm last in the walk-in queue. When I called about a flu shot, I was initially told the nurse was on holiday. Calling back the next day, another receptionist said to come immediately with no appointment, as the nurse was available. During my consultant referral, the same senior receptionist claimed she processed my referral, but it actually took six months after I persistently followed up. I contacted Orthopaedics directly, who confirmed they hadn't received my referral, yet this receptionist repeatedly argued she had submitted it. Only through another receptionist's intervention was the referral finally processed; otherwise, I would have faced another six-month delay. I feel disrespected and deliberately marginalized, sensing a clear bias against me.

Great first medical experience in new town

My initial experience was outstanding from the moment I entered, with an incredibly supportive front desk staff during registration. I secured a walk-in appointment on a Thursday morning, and the patient intake process was handled by another courteous and efficient professional. The receptionist arrived subsequently and clearly maintained excellent rapport with those in the waiting area. The physician who examined me was genuinely engaged, compassionate, and comprehensive in their approach. Having recently relocated to this region, I'm delighted to have discovered what appears to be an exceptional medical practice. Kudos to the entire team!
