Awful service and long waits at this clinic

The personnel here lack professionalism and compassion. When my child fell seriously ill and I had to rush him to the hospital, causing me to miss an appointment, they responded by threatening to drop me as a patient. Their response was completely unreasonable. Even when I attempted to call and explain my situation, the staff were dismissive and unwilling to listen. This attitude carries through to the doctors, who seem disinterested and impatient. Patient wait times are excessively long, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant.

Not worth the hassle due to their poor attitude and lack of communication Previously, walk-in blood tests were allowed, but now appointments are mandatory. Nobody bothered to inform me about this policy change. When I showed up without an appointment, the place was practically empty, yet they insisted I could only schedule online and not in person.

After previous unpleasant encounters with dental professionals, I was extremely anxious about seeking treatment. My painful loose tooth required attention, which led me to Dr. Odessa Santos. I cannot express enough appreciation for her exceptional care! She was absolutely wonderful - incredibly gentle and compassionate, and thoroughly explained each step of the procedure before performing it. The nurse, Janine Scot, was equally supportive and comforting. If only all dentists could be as outstanding as Odessa! Heartfelt thanks.

I accompanied my partner to update our birth control method, and we were initially informed the wait would span approximately 2 hours. Despite waiting well beyond that timeframe, we discovered we had been entirely overlooked by staff who demonstrated remarkable ineptitude. When we were finally acknowledged, they suggested we return the following day - an impossible request since we had specifically arranged time off work for this appointment. Their careless error resulted in a complete waste of our valuable time, which is absolutely unforgivable. I am resolute in my decision to never again utilize their services under any circumstances.

Tooth Removal Nightmare at Wrong Dental Centre

My encounter with this dental centre was absolutely dreadful. I was experiencing clear signs of an infection and hoped to receive antibiotics. Instead, I paid £26.80 for them to extract my tooth, claiming it was just a broken tooth with no infection. The initial 24 hours were unbearable. The pain was so intense that I had to take time off work, and I initially thought I was overreacting. However, by the 48-hour mark, the pain had radiated to my eye socket, ear, and neck. I was completely incapacitated - unable to eat, drink, or sleep, and suffering immense agony. I was forced to seek another emergency appointment at a different dentist, which cost an additional £26.80. This new dentist confirmed I had a serious, long-standing infection and criticized the previous centre, stating that my tooth should never have been removed and that I should have been prescribed antibiotics before the extraction. I strongly advise anyone seeking proper dental care to avoid this centre at all costs.

Dismissed and Ignored at This Clinic

The medical staff here display a complete lack of empathy. I experienced a situation where I was coughing up blood and was simply handed an inhaler and dismissed as having anxiety. Many young patients with legitimate health concerns and clear symptoms are routinely brushed off and labeled as having mental health problems. Their primary goal seems to be processing patients as quickly as possible with minimal genuine care or attention.

The entrance barrier is malfunctioning, and there should be a clear instruction to stop buzzing if no response is received. My disabled mother had significant difficulty maneuvering with her walking frame, and when we arrived, the disabled parking spaces were entirely unoccupied. The receptionist's response was frustratingly unhelpful, claiming they can't keep the barrier open despite its malfunction, arguing that people would misuse the disabled spaces, and suggesting I should have repeatedly buzzed. 🙄

Rude Receptionist Crushed My Patient Care Hope

I'd rate this zero stars if I could. The receptionist's demeanor is utterly appalling. When attempting to inquire about test results, I was confronted with a terrible attitude implying I hadn't allowed sufficient time for processing. Asking about a referral was met with a dismissive "yeah, it could take months, it's not exactly urgent, right?" Since when do receptionists become medical experts? It would be prudent to employ staff members who are actually capable of handling phone interactions with basic professionalism and empathy. If you're in a customer-facing role, you should be friendly and understanding, regardless of how insignificant you might perceive the patient's concerns to be.
