Long waits for face to face appointments here

I have been a patient at this practice for a couple of years. While I do not have an ongoing relationship with a particular clinician as I see different practitioners each time, they have consistently been courteous and supportive. However, the main issue I face is the significant waiting time for in-person appointments for routine matters, which typically extends to around four weeks. The phone consultation option available sooner does not substantially improve the situation. Due to these appointment availability concerns, I am contemplating switching to another practice.

Felt dismissed and unwelcome at appointment

The clinician I saw was very dismissive and condescending. The appointment lacked warmth and courtesy.
