Online form got quick callback and appointment
I completed an online health questionnaire and received a telephone call with an appointment slot within approximately half an hour. At my scheduled time, I was seen by a healthcare practitioner who was welcoming and approachable. They prescribed medication to address my concern and explained that test results would be accessible through the NHS app, with follow-up contact to be made if needed. I feel fortunate to have access to such an effective GP practice.

Reception staff made me feel genuinely welcome
This was my first appointment at the practice, and I must say how remarkably pleased I was with both the warm welcome I received from the reception staff member, and the exceptionally professional and respectful manner demonstrated by the clinician I saw.
