Quick online booking and caring approach
I had a positive experience this morning when I submitted an online appointment request for my child. Within eleven minutes, an appointment slot became available, and just fifteen minutes after that, we were seen. The nursing staff member was exceptionally warm and compassionate throughout the visit. I felt genuinely grateful for the care and attentiveness provided, and I wanted to express my thanks for the support received during the appointment.

Quick response when it really mattered
I wish to express my gratitude to the team at this practice for their ongoing support in helping me manage my wellbeing and enabling me to enjoy a fulfilling life. Over the course of many years, they have collaborated effectively with the hospital specialist team during a period when we recognise that coordination between services has presented challenges. Recently, they responded promptly to a matter that, whilst routine for them, held significant importance for me. The sense of mutual confidence between myself, the practice, and the hospital team is something that genuinely uplifts me during difficult moments. I recognise that not everyone may share this experience, which is precisely why I felt compelled to take the time to share my perspective. I was seen by a physician's assistant who demonstrated a thorough and efficient approach to my care. I was diagnosed with a respiratory infection and received a prescription for antibiotics to address it. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided.
