Terrible pharmacy service with constant prescription problems

I'm fortunate to not be a patient myself, but my partner unfortunately is. Their recurring prescription medications consistently fail to arrive at the pharmacy, month after month. Both parties keep blaming each other. The level of care for sick individuals is absolutely abysmal.

Lifesaving angels saved my partner with compassion

I'm incredibly thankful for this medical facility that took such wonderful care of my partner during his time of need. The staff, particularly Libby (though he couldn't recall everyone's name), were compassionate, attentive, and went above and beyond by remaining on duty beyond their scheduled hours to guarantee his safety during his ambulance transport. Their dedication is truly appreciated! He was forced to seek their help after his regular medical practice turned him away without assistance. Praise be for these remarkable clinics and the incredible healthcare professionals who work tirelessly within them!

Terrible reception ruins an otherwise great medical practice

It's regrettable that this medical facility's reputation is tarnished by its reception staff. The doctors and nurses are truly exceptional, but the front desk personnel are a significant problem. It's clear that their incredibly unwelcoming, unhelpful, and downright discourteous attitude is driving potential patients away. They need to completely revamp their reception team, as these employees are the first point of contact and represent the practice's image. I'm now compelled to lower my rating to ONE STAR after being abruptly disconnected by the reception staff. I can confidently say I've never encountered a more unprofessional and disrespectful front-of-house team in my entire experience!

My neighborhood medical practice may not be one I've visited frequently, but each interaction has been exceptional. The physicians have consistently surpassed my expectations with their dedication and care. I was particularly struck when a doctor personally telephoned me on Christmas Eve around 6pm to share some recent test results - a level of commitment that truly stands out. My wife has also consulted different practitioners at the same clinic and shares my positive sentiment, reinforcing the high standard of service they provide.

Avoid this clinic at all costs

Absolutely dreadful service, scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible. The front desk staff appear irritated when patients seek clarification. The personnel are completely unprofessional. Patients would be far better off visiting the Statham grove medical center, which is just a short 10-minute walk from this location.

Worst medical experience of my miserable life

Truly the most dreadful medical practice imaginable. The reception team is completely incompetent and disorganized. Relocating from Holloway and registering here was an absolute nightmare. Booking an appointment is virtually impossible unless you're willing to call precisely at 8 am. I attempted to register my newborn online, and after waiting nearly a month, I was informed the registration never went through and I needed to apply in person. The receptionist that day struggled significantly with communication, and her being a temporary worker was used as an excuse for her poor service. Anyone arriving with a baby stroller will face immense frustration - they only keep one narrow door open, virtually guaranteeing your pram will get stuck. Appointment times are completely meaningless; they'll never see you when scheduled, so ironically, arriving late is recommended. The staff are hostile and will immediately demand you wear a mask, despite no current indoor mask mandate. This medical practice is an absolute disaster - save yourself the stress and find another provider immediately.

Terrible service for a sick baby emergency

I've encountered extreme indifference from this medical practice. With my 4-month-old infant experiencing serious health issues, I urgently sought an appointment, but the receptionist flatly refused and directed me to call 111. After contacting 111 and going to the hospital, they insisted I should contact my GP. I absolutely cannot recommend this surgery to anyone and will be changing providers immediately. My baby is suffering from diarrhea, vomiting, and rashes, and the staff showed zero concern about potential dehydration. Save yourself the frustration and select a different medical practice.
