Absolutely dreadful service! Originating from London, their response to critical matters such as prescription needs is painfully sluggish. The reception staff, in particular, display a remarkable lack of empathy, appearing almost indifferent to individual challenges and seemingly unable to show basic human understanding. Their telephone support is equally abysmal!! Regardless of when I attempt to contact them, I'm invariably stuck in an interminable queue, and there are instances where the call simply disconnects. Their email responsiveness is glacial - they take an eternity to reply, which is simply unacceptable!!!

Terrible service crushing patient's mental health hopes

The administrative staff at Mill Road Surgery are an absolute disaster!!!! My psychiatrist advised me OVER 6 weeks ago that I need to add a new medication to my current regimen due to ongoing health issues… for the past fortnight, I've been constantly shuttling back and forth, attempting to get the doctors to simply transfer my ECG and blood test results to my psych's medical secretary so I can commence the new medication. Each time, I've been assured the results would be sent that day, yet this morning they're still 'too swamped' to send a simple email!!!! My health is seriously deteriorating and this entire ordeal is exacerbating my condition. I'M COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED. It's no surprise that individuals struggling with mental health challenges often surrender and suffer. I'm mere moments away from billing them half a month's salary for performing their responsibilities!!!!!! I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to discuss this directly with Andy, the practice manager, and understand his stance on mental health support and whether he has adequately trained his staff to compassionately handle patients with mental health needs and urgent medication changes. At present, I've completely lost confidence and no longer possess the stamina to continually compensate for his employees' incompetence.
