I visited the ear, nose, and throat specialist today at 11:40, and though I can't recall the doctor's name, I was incredibly impressed. The physician was extremely compassionate and provided a comprehensive explanation of everything. I truly appreciate their care and professionalism. Thank you so much ❤️

Terrible service ruins potential of great medical centre

Scheduling an appointment here has been incredibly frustrating, as I've repeatedly received incorrect details. During my most recent formal complaint, the manager became defensive when protecting her staff member, even though they had provided inaccurate information. Historically, morning appointments were at 08:00 and afternoon appointments at 13:00. When I attempted to book an afternoon slot at 13:00, the receptionist claimed no appointments were available. Upon questioning the timing, she insisted that both morning and afternoon appointments are now at 08:00, asserting this has always been the case—despite her only working here for two months! Regrettably, I'll be seeking alternative medical practices to register my family, which is particularly disappointing because the surgery actually has exceptional doctors. What a pity.
