Worst medical practice ever terrible customer service

I initiated a phone call to your surgery seeking a potential telephone consultation to address my concerns, and I must express my utter dismay at the receptionist's unprofessional and blatantly dismissive demeanor. I was made to feel like an unwelcome nuisance, with my attempts to explain my situation being constantly interrupted and rushed, resulting in an extremely unpleasant and unresolved interaction. While I understand the medical sector is operating under immense pressure, this does not justify such appalling behavior. Throughout my management career, I have never encountered such profound unprofessionalism from a team member, and I seriously question whether this individual is suitable for their role. As a patient at your practice, I am prepared to transfer to an alternative medical center at the earliest opportunity following this pandemic. Furthermore, I intend to file a formal complaint and bring this practice's patient treatment to the NHS's attention, highlighting the distressing experience during an already challenging period. Prior to my personal encounter, I had heard similar accounts from Beaconsfield residents regarding the reception team's lack of professionalism, which I previously dismissed. However, having now experienced this firsthand, I find myself aligning with these previous criticisms. Terrible medical practice with unhelpful staff and doctors

I relocated to this neighborhood two years back and switched my general practitioner from Bath Road to this clinic. I genuinely cannot express how much I rue this decision. The facility is incredibly outdated and seems stuck in the past. The front desk personnel are discourteous and completely unhelpful, while the physicians appear dismissive of patients' medical concerns. My strong advice is to avoid registering with this practice altogether.

Debbie breen's terrible treatment destroyed my healthcare

My experience with Debbie Breen, the Practice Manager, was absolutely terrible. I was aggressively confronted before my appointment and verbally attacked by this unpleasant woman who claimed I had moved out of the area two years ago, which is completely false. We purchased a house two years back but didn't relocate until recently. Despite the fact that I was there seeking treatment for laryngitis and dizziness, she displayed zero empathy, yelled at me, and insisted on telling me where I lived while threatening to remove me from the practice, despite being a legitimate resident. Not only was she incredibly rude, but she also followed me into my consultation with the practice nurse. I requested that she leave so I could receive proper medical care, but she refused and continued shouting at me throughout my appointment. She even shared incorrect information about my medical details (though my doctor is excellent). Her intrusive behavior disrupted my consultation and caused me to be late picking up my children. She demonstrated absolutely no compassion or understanding. I am absolutely disgusted and will be filing a formal complaint with PALS. Stay away from this practice at all costs!!!

I am eager to transfer my daughter away from this medical practice. Despite our infrequent appointment requests, the reception staff consistently demonstrate a dismissive and cold attitude, hurrying patients through the booking procedure. My daughter has a concerning lump, and they offered no female physicians to examine her, instead suggesting she wait a week and informing me the nurse would not address her concerns! Additionally, I submitted a request for my daughter's NHS number two weeks ago and am still waiting for a response! I strongly advise against choosing this surgery
