Receptionist helped me through the phone process

I contacted the practice this morning regarding an urgent matter. The person who answered the phone was considerate, supportive and understanding, particularly when assisting me with sharing information via my phone, which I found somewhat difficult given my limited technical skills. A member of the urgent care team called me back within half an hour and I was able to pick up my medication within an hour of that. The system is contemporary and requires some adjustment to become familiar with, but it functions effectively. Well done and thank you to everyone involved.
