Online check-in glitch didn't spoil the visit
I attended for a blood test appointment. I was seen very quickly and the phlebotomist was extremely gentle with the needle, which was appreciated given my previous experiences with bruising. My results were made available through the patient app within a couple of days. However, I did notice an issue with the online check-in system, as it appeared someone else had been checked in under my appointment slot about 48 minutes before I arrived, which was unexpected and concerning.
