This was my first visit to the practice, and I have only positive feedback to share. I attended an initial consultation with a specialist in my area of concern, and they were genuinely pleasant—very supportive and willing to address all of my questions thoroughly. I was provided with a referral to the local hospital without delay. In summary, the appointment was efficient and well-coordinated, with minimal waiting and courteous staff throughout.

Friendly staff but missing baby changing facilities

As always, everyone involved in my care at all appointments has been excellent. The service is very friendly and easy to communicate with, and all the professionals work well together. I would recommend this practice. However, there is one issue that I feel is important to address: the lack of a baby changing facility. This is something that would be very much needed and appreciated. Thank you.

Online check-in glitch didn't spoil the visit

I attended for a blood test appointment. I was seen very quickly and the phlebotomist was extremely gentle with the needle, which was appreciated given my previous experiences with bruising. My results were made available through the patient app within a couple of days. However, I did notice an issue with the online check-in system, as it appeared someone else had been checked in under my appointment slot about 48 minutes before I arrived, which was unexpected and concerning.

Reception staff could've been friendlier

I felt that seeking recognition for performing routine duties was unnecessary, and I didn't feel compelled to provide that acknowledgment.

There was also a small issue with my medication that was resolved once I visited the practice in person, though I found the reception staff member's manner somewhat unfriendly.
