Joined their patient roster in June 2025. Impressively swift in responding to NHS app communications, prescription requests, and overall medical support. Required a medical assessment for work clearance (£125). The consultation was comprehensive and successfully validated by the relevant government authority. Currently reminiscent of a traditional, high-quality English medical practice - a rare find these days 🙏

I visited this medical facility to receive my coronavirus vaccination. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and the front desk staff guided me to the appropriate entrance. I quickly received my shot and was processed with remarkable speed. The personnel were incredibly professional and streamlined. I was completely finished and out the door before my spouse had even managed to park the car. Absolutely fantastic service! My sincere appreciation to the team.

Right from the beginning, it was evident that the physician failed to examine my medical history prior to our consultation. Her approach was superficial, merely asking, "How can I help?" without demonstrating any prior knowledge of my situation. Moreover, her demeanor was condescending, coming across as both discourteous and lacking professional courtesy. The interaction became so frustrating that I nearly terminated the discussion, especially considering I was experiencing intense discomfort and was merely attempting to articulate my medical concerns as a vulnerable patient seeking compassionate treatment.

Worst medical practice ever with impossible appointment system

Absolutely dreadful new booking process that appears designed to prevent patients from securing medical consultations. I rang at 9:45 while feeling extremely unwell, and since then have endured 4 text messages and 2 additional phone calls. Despite explicitly requesting a direct call, they persist in sending impersonal messages... and still no appointment scheduled. At this rate, I could potentially expire before receiving any medical attention from this practice! Furthermore, I contacted your complaints line back in January seeking a callback from the Practice Manager, and to this day, I've received absolutely no response. Your superficial Google replies are completely meaningless, and quite honestly, this entire medical surgery requires a comprehensive investigation into its systematic failures!

Exceptional healthcare team makes moving stress free

After relocating and being with the same medical practice for over a decade, I was apprehensive about finding a new healthcare provider. To my pleasant surprise, the physicians and nursing staff at this clinic have been exceptional. Dr Powell, in particular, provided remarkable personal care. Similarly, Dr Osborne demonstrated genuine compassion and support when addressing my son's medical needs. The reception team consistently displays remarkable efficiency, always responding promptly to my online inquiries. The sole drawback in my experience has been interactions related to the Greystone branch of their medical partnership.
