I'm at a loss for words about this medical practice, as my encounters continue to deteriorate with each visit. The lack of attentiveness from both the reception staff and physicians is appalling. In my most recent interaction, I called to follow up on my test results, only to be informed that they had misplaced or lost my sample. This kind of negligence is becoming far too frequent, and they desperately need to address their staff's incompetence and unprofessionalism.

Unhelpful doctors with poor patient care experience

Every time I've visited this practice, they've disregarded my health concerns, appeared lethargic, and demonstrated minimal assistance. It's evident that the performance indicators constraining the physicians prevent genuine patient care. During today's appointment, the doctor provided zero guidance. At this point, an AI platform offers more useful insights than this clinic. I'll be seeking a new primary care physician. Just to note, the doctor - Dr. Sharon Brooker - has been mentioned critically in previous reviews. Overall, a thoroughly unsatisfactory encounter.

The vaccination procedure was remarkably streamlined. We received both our Covid and flu shots simultaneously, which my spouse and I appreciated for its time-saving efficiency. However, the actual administration of the injections lacked gentleness (performed by an external provider). I experienced significant discomfort during the shots and in the subsequent days. One injection site was so tender that I couldn't bear any contact for almost a week, and I had persistent arm pain that made movement difficult for 3-4 days.

I urgently called the clinic seeking an emergency consultation due to a rapidly deteriorating medical condition, hoping for either updated medication or a specialist referral. Instead, I was informed they weren't accommodating in-person visits and would arrange a doctor's callback. After a full day of waiting, I received a text scheduling a pharmacist phone consultation FIVE days out. Meanwhile, I'm left managing intense chronic pain with no immediate medical intervention. This is completely unacceptable - previously, I could secure an appointment within an hour, but now their responsiveness has dramatically declined.

I attempted to consult a physician as my illness had persisted for a fortnight, but they declined to assist me, seemingly due to my non-British status. The front desk staff directed me to a nurse, Sharon Booker, who suggested using lemon as a remedy. Subsequently, I requested a doctor's consultation, yet no one responded. Eventually, I had a phone conversation with Dr. Jonathan Lung, who was incredibly hostile and adamantly rejected providing me an appointment. Such conduct is utterly shameful and fundamentally inhuman!

You schedule a consultation at a designated hour, and I brought my child for an appointment set for 3:00 PM, yet I wasn't attended to until 3:40 PM. The medical professionals and front desk personnel should be embarrassed by their subpar treatment. The service was completely unacceptable.
