Quick and convenient medical care

The medical staff here are excellent. When I reach out, I request a physician to return my call, and they typically do so within half an hour. If you're flexible about which doctor you see, you can usually secure an appointment within the same week of calling. Just be aware that if you have a specific doctor in mind, their schedule might be full for several weeks. I don't frequent the practice often, but whenever I do, the experience is consistently positive.

Terrible healthcare access in my neighborhood

Waiting three weeks for an appointment is completely unacceptable. Just because we're in a less affluent neighborhood doesn't mean we deserve subpar treatment and lack of basic service.

Terrible experience with unhelpful and incorrect diagnosis

Incorrectly identified my child's condition as scabies when it was actually an allergic response, and then prescribed antibiotic treatments that are impossible to find at local pharmacies. The physician was also extremely discourteous.

Amazing healthcare with smooth appointment system

I am thoroughly impressed with this medical practice. Their scheduling approach is remarkably efficient, and I believe numerous other clinics could benefit from studying their system. I'm aware of at least three nearby practices where booking an appointment even a week or two in advance seems impossible! I've witnessed how such poorly designed systems can generate significant anxiety (and emotional strain) for my elderly relative, who consistently emphasizes that arranging a medical consultation is more overwhelming than their actual health concern, to the point where they'd prefer avoiding treatment altogether. Moat House deserves sincere appreciation for their organized approach and patient-centered service. I wholeheartedly recommend joining this surgery if you have the opportunity.
