Impossible to get through on the phone

It's extremely difficult to get through to the practice, and when you do manage to make contact, obtaining an appointment is nearly impossible unless it's an emergency. The waiting times for appointments can stretch on for weeks. I find this absolutely unacceptable, and I'm concerned the practice is heading in a negative direction.

Surgery closure left me without support
I attended for a scheduled appointment but found the surgery unexpectedly closed until the following day. There was a notice on the door explaining this. I also needed to submit a sample as part of my visit, however the staff were unable to accept it at that time. This was disappointing. On a positive note, I have been seen promptly when I have needed care. I am currently awaiting contact from the pharmacy regarding a medication matter and am still waiting for that call.
