I've noticed that the waiting times have improved recently, making it easier to get through to someone. However, I'm experiencing difficulties when attempting to schedule my regular injection appointment every two months using the online booking link provided. When I access the link, it shows no available slots, so I call the practice to check availability. The staff advise me that nothing is currently open and suggest I try again the following week. When I ring back as instructed, I'm still told there are no appointments available, which means I end up booking an appointment several days after my scheduled date. This situation happens repeatedly.
