Following the Aspire acquisition last year, it's encouraging to see many familiar staff members returning and enhancing the service to its former standard. I found the process seamless - submitting an online appointment request at 8am and receiving a callback with available time slots within two hours was not only convenient for me but likely streamlined for the receptionist as well.

Great Practice

Easy to get an appointment now that it’s back in local hands. I requested an appointment on Sunday via the app, and my appointment was booked and confirmed the next day, for tomorrow! I was given a choice of surgery as well.

Loyal patient praises longtime medical practice

At 72 years old, I've been a patient at the Molebridge Practice for 14 years. Throughout most of this time, I've received exceptional support and treatment. There was a brief 6-7 month window when a new management team took control, which disrupted the usual high-quality care. Fortunately, that interim arrangement was short-lived, and the new management ultimately stepped down, allowing the original physicians to return. I'm relieved that everything has now returned to its previous standard of excellent service and care!

Molebridge practice transformed into exceptional healthcare

I've been a patient at the Molebridge Practice across their Fetcham and Leatherhead locations for managing my ongoing health issue. Since the start of 2025, when new ownership took control, the practice has dramatically improved from the challenging period in 2024 when a corporate medical management group was running things. These new partners have actively worked to bring back previous staff and expand doctor availability. Patients now have multiple convenient ways to schedule appointments - in person at either location, via telephone, or through online booking. For non-urgent medical needs, the typical wait time ranges between 7-10 days. Molebridge offers comprehensive on-site healthcare with doctors, nursing staff, and a physiotherapist, and they're steadily rebuilding their patient community. They also maintain an engaged Patient Participation Group that welcomes community involvement. Regarding my personal experience, I feel exceptionally well-supported in managing my condition, and consistently find the entire staff to be courteous, skilled, informative, and genuinely supportive. I enthusiastically endorse this practice without reservation.

Molebridge surgery making great strides forward

The Molebridge medical center has previously experienced periods of subpar leadership. Recently, two veteran physicians have assumed control of the Practice and are actively working to restore and enhance its former reputation. As an illustration, when I required a specialist consultation, I reached out to the Fetcham Surgery, secured a GP appointment within seven days, discussed my medical concern, and received a referral within a month. This process satisfied me completely. I want to be transparent that I am part of the Molebridge Patient Participation Group, and I received no preferential treatment. My motivation for joining the PPG was to assist the Surgery in returning to the personalized, compassionate approach we once enjoyed. While it's still early, everyone is genuinely committed to achieving this goal for us, the patients. Consider this: 'How might I contribute?' We convene for approximately an hour in the evening, roughly monthly. An application is available on the Molebridge website.

This morning, I reached out seeking guidance, and despite not being a local Surrey resident, I was warmly welcomed by Jan, the delightful receptionist, who attentively listened and informed me that I could be registered as a temporary patient. I was promptly scheduled for an appointment later in the day, met a similarly friendly doctor, and then conveniently picked up my prescribed medication just across the street. This medical practice has undergone significant recent changes. The online booking system has been removed outside of standard hours, preventing patients from scheduling appointments. This approach is particularly challenging for individuals with diverse needs who may require additional support, making it nearly impossible for some to access necessary healthcare services. Patients continue to work while unwell, and the removal of online forms from the website creates substantial barriers to accessing medical appointments. The sudden disappearance of forms without clear communication or explanation on the practice's website adds further confusion and frustration. I've recently encountered some staff members displaying unprofessional behavior during phone interactions. While I acknowledge and appreciate the dedicated team members who have remained supportive since the practice's ownership change, these isolated incidents of poor conduct are concerning. Understanding that healthcare professionals experience stress, it remains unacceptable when urgent patient needs are not addressed. On 08/11/24, the lack of available doctors resulted in me not receiving medication and subsequently being hospitalized that evening. Previously, this practice had deteriorated under previous management, with Epsom and St Helier investing significant resources to restore it to an acceptable standard. However, I'm deeply worried that we're witnessing a potential repeat of past systemic failures. I submitted a complaint in October which was not addressed, and I've now filed a second complaint today. My urgent prescription remains outstanding after five days. Should accessing basic medical care be this complicated? Is attending the emergency room the only viable option? The solution isn't complex - it requires proper staffing and management. This isn't a staff-level issue, but a fundamental problem with the practice's management. I cannot emphasize enough the need for accountability: How is this company utilizing funds and ensuring acceptable operational standards?

Terrible customer service from a disrespectful employee

I interacted with an employee called Komal who displayed an incredibly discourteous attitude. She continuously interrupted both myself and my mother, insisting we had completed the form incorrectly and claiming they had not received our documentation, despite the fact that their internal system was actually responsible for the error. Her conduct was markedly careless and entirely unprofessional.

Shocking medical incompetence at its worst

Recently became a new patient and was taken aback by the sheer lack of medical expertise at this clinic. On my initial visit, I was instructed to perform an ovulation test on the first day of my menstrual cycle, which returned a negative result, causing me significant anxiety. I was forced to wait an entire month before I could discuss these findings with a physician. When I finally spoke with a different doctor about the results, it became clear that the original instructions were fundamentally incorrect, and they would look into why I was given such misguided guidance. I am utterly astounded... One would assume understanding basic reproductive testing protocols would be standard knowledge for medical professionals. The level of incompetence and professional negligence displayed here is truly remarkable.

I've been told that prescription processing times range from 2 to 4 days, depending entirely on which staff member you consult. Moreover, if you happen to miscalculate the timing for a repeat prescription, I strongly advise against seeking assistance, as the potential negative response simply isn't worth the effort.
