She told me on the phone if you’re not happy go to the private section and hung up on me, that’s what they do when they make mistakes.

Ride physician associate

The physician associate called me and she insulted me over the phone. She told me if you’re not happy go to the private sector and she hong up on me. Very rude and unprofessional but I expected it from that GP practice.

Phone booking system failed when I needed it most

I had a very negative experience with this practice. I did not receive results back in a timely manner, and communication was poor throughout. The only way to make appointments was by telephone, as the online booking system was not available to me. The clinical staff came across as unwelcoming and appeared disinterested in my concerns. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional and unsuitable for a healthcare setting. I would not recommend this practice. Additionally, when I required specialist referral and emergency services, the practice was unable to assist, and I had to arrange these myself.

Appointment cancelled for being five minutes late

Poor service experience. My child is 8 months old and I booked an appointment for an ear examination. I was called to attend at 11.15 for an 11.40 slot, but this was problematic as I don't have access to a car and needed to travel on foot. I asked if the appointment could be rescheduled to a more suitable time, but this request was not accommodated. Despite arriving only 5 minutes late, my appointment was cancelled and I was given a later slot instead.

Reception inflexible about appointment time options

I am quite disappointed with the service provided at this GP practice. My infant will be reaching three months of age tomorrow and is due to receive routine immunisations. I informed the reception team that I will be unavailable from the following week through to the end of December, meaning this week represents the only realistic window for the immunisations to be administered on schedule. The only appointment offered to me was tomorrow at 8:30am. I politely enquired whether there might be any later slots during the day or at any other point during the week, as I am also caring for another young child and am unable to accommodate such an early time. Despite outlining my circumstances, I was informed that this was the sole option, and there appeared to be no attempt to explore other possibilities or provide alternative solutions. Based on my own experience, the reception staff do not often appear willing or equipped to provide assistance, and this is unfortunately not an isolated incident. My family has encountered several unsatisfactory experiences with this practice over the course of our time as patients. I recognise that medical practices operate under considerable pressure, however in this instance there was an absence of adaptability, consideration, or genuine effort to support a parent endeavouring to maintain their child's immunisation schedule. The experience left me feeling anxious and unsupported during a period when I genuinely needed compassion and practical help.

Surgery buzzer left me waiting over twenty minutes

I would recommend considering alternative healthcare providers. The service quality has declined noticeably. The practice is scheduled to open at 8:00am, however I experienced significant delays when attempting to access the facility, waiting considerably longer than expected. The standard of care appears to have changed for the worse in recent times. I found the reception staff interaction to be discourteous and lacking in professionalism.
