Had a blood test with a member of the phlebotomy team who was efficient and informative. The new patient app has some complexity to it but overall it's easier to get in touch with someone. One star was deducted because obtaining a phone consultation with a doctor can be challenging - calls are sometimes redirected to the pharmacy team instead.
