Once again I was able to get a same day appointment. This is my general experience. Every Doctor my husband and I have seen since joining Seven years ago has been caring helpful and very competent The Reception staff are helpful and try very hard to assist with any query or request I highly recommend this practice

Quick relief after terrible park visit

Recently moved from Beaumont park, where I was informed of a two-month delay to consult a physician. The receptionist's attitude was take-it-or-leave-it. To make matters worse, the nursing staff provided an entirely incorrect medical assessment, forcing me to seek care at Cramlington the following day. In contrast, I discovered Monkseaton to be exceptional in every respect.

Long wait times after hospital merger

Ever since this medical facility combined with another practice, the quality has drastically declined. Parking has become a nightmare due to the overwhelming patient volume, and you can expect to spend around 40 minutes waiting beyond your scheduled appointment time. The overall environment is far from comforting when you're already not feeling your best.

Rude doctor couldn't care less about me

Getting a medical appointment here is an absolute ordeal. Today, after struggling to schedule, I encountered a physician whose demeanor was completely unprofessional. She appeared disinterested and dismissive, barely acknowledging my concerns and showing zero engagement during our consultation. It's high time these healthcare professionals resume traditional in-person patient interactions instead of seeming detached and unmotivated. The current approach makes these doctors seem incredibly indolent and disconnected from their core responsibility of patient care.
