Hour-long wait for useless chicken pox advice

Absolutely terrible experience at the clinic today. Endured more than 60 minutes of waiting only to receive an inconclusive assessment about my infant's potential chicken pox. Every single visit has consistently involved excessive wait times exceeding an hour. We've been patients here for just over a year, but we're switching healthcare providers next week. The staff's attitude is completely unprofessional. This medical practice is utterly unacceptable.

Getting through the "appointment blockade" is a futile endeavor. The reception management and staff seem to have been schooled in obstructionism, rivaling border control in their unwillingness to grant access. They exclusively push digital booking systems that are fundamentally broken, and if you dare to voice a complaint, they swiftly shut you down. The physicians themselves appear competent, but they're practically invisible since securing an appointment is an exercise in frustration. My advice: seek out a different medical practice, as this one is thoroughly dysfunctional and customer-hostile.

Rude staff and lost hospital scan results

The reception and administrative personnel demonstrate an appalling lack of professionalism. They desperately require instruction in fundamental courtesy and interpersonal skills. Attempting to communicate with anyone when seeking medical assistance is incredibly challenging. The phone lines are perpetually busy and plagued by poor audio quality. Even after enduring lengthy hold times, the reception staff frequently struggle to comprehend incoming calls. Our family has experienced repeated disruptions regarding our children's appointments, with last-minute changes causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, following a hospital scan, all my test results have mysteriously vanished. While the hospital claims the results were transmitted, the surgery staff exhibit a marked reluctance to investigate or resolve the matter. In summary, the entire operation is fundamentally disorganized and ineffective.

Cruel receptionist ruined mom's birthday lunch

Absolutely appalled that a front desk employee caused my mother to break down in tears on her special day! The pharmacy was missing crucial items from my father's prescription, and when she attempted to resolve the issue while we were out, she was callously informed that being out meant she wasn't homebound and thus unqualified for prescription delivery. My parents are both wheelchair-dependent, and my sister and I had taken them out for a birthday lunch to mark her 74th celebration! It is outrageous that an unqualified receptionist would presume to judge my mother's disability status, especially given her severe chronic arthritis and open ulcerations on both legs - is this person a certified medical expert?

Nurse left early and cancelled my injection

Completely stunned and disgusted by their handling of my situation today. They cancelled my long-awaited injection appointment with less than two hours' notice, after I'd already waited two weeks. It's clear they were aware the nurse had departed the practice well before early afternoon. As someone who rarely visits the doctor, I had hoped for at least a modicum of consideration for my medical requirements. Now I'm forced to postpone my treatment for another week and a half. Season's greetings to them. I'll be spending my holiday in considerable discomfort.

Top-notch medical treatment, however, their communication falls short. Phone lines seem perpetually unattended, with endless ringing and no response. Waited hours for closed pharmacy

I arrived at the pharmacy after 11, trusting the website's stated hours of 11-4, only to find out they actually operate from 8:30-11. Now I'm stuck without my prescription until Monday. This inconsistency is frustrating on multiple levels. UPDATE! ABSOLUTELY NO IMPROVEMENT. I attempted to schedule an appointment and was informed no slots are available for nearly a month. After waiting over 10 minutes on the phone, I requested a repeat prescription, but was flatly denied. I'm told I must call back at 1:30pm, which is impossible given I'm currently at work. Their customer service remains appallingly poor, so I requested the practice manager contact me - though I'm skeptical, given I'm still waiting on a callback from two years ago.....

Frustrating morning calls and zero help

I'm completely fed up with the terrible service at this establishment. Their scheduling is consistently behind, with delays even for early morning appointments. When I attempted to book a slot for the next day around midday, I was inexplicably told to call back in the morning - which is impossible given my work commitments and inability to wait on hold indefinitely. The receptionist claimed they don't schedule appointments between 11am and 3pm, which is patently false. Her attitude was utterly dismissive, showing zero interest in helping me secure an appointment. Her lack of customer service was appalling. I've reached my limit and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely delighted with this medical practice. Professional and courteous staff provide excellent service. The physicians consistently visit my elderly mother, sparing her the need to travel to the clinic. They've coordinated with the pharmacy to ensure her medications are systematically delivered on a weekly basis. The practice also facilitates her routine health monitoring by conducting blood pressure checks and blood tests in the comfort of her home. An overwhelmingly positive healthcare experience from start to finish.
