Patient Experience Summary

Patient feedback reveals a practice marked by significant operational challenges alongside pockets of clinical excellence. Appointment access remains the most consistently cited concern, with patients reporting difficulty securing same-day slots through phone booking systems that experience high call volumes and frequent disconnections. Reception experience emerges as a key pain point, with multiple accounts of discourteous interactions, lack of empathy, and invasive questioning about medical needs. Medication processing and referral management have also been problematic, with delayed referrals and prescription errors affecting patient care.

Conversely, clinical staff including doctors and nursing professionals receive substantial praise for professionalism, attentiveness, and compassionate care. Patients consistently commend the quality of medical consultations when appointments are secured, noting thorough assessments and genuine engagement. Several reviews highlight exceptional individual practitioners and the efficiency of procedures such as blood tests and ultrasounds.

The practice appears caught between systemic organisational constraints and capable clinical delivery. While staffing pressures and high patient demand clearly strain operations, the disconnect between reception and clinical standards suggests scope for service improvement in booking systems, staff training, and communication protocols.

Terrible healthcare service leaves patients frustrated

Physicians are withholding medication x, and scheduling appointments is nearly impossible. To address concerns, patients must submit a written complaint to the practice manager, which I find absolutely unacceptable x

Disappointing medical care from clueless professionals

Absolutely terrible! These medical professionals seem completely limited, capable of identifying viral infections but utterly incompetent in addressing any other health concerns.

Frustrating medical office with terrible appointment system

Wasted nearly 30 minutes attempting to schedule an appointment, only to encounter constant busy signals. When I finally reached a staff member, I was abruptly informed that their schedule was completely booked, and the receptionist displayed a total lack of empathy. Now I'm left hoping my daughter might secure a slot tomorrow, though I'm skeptical she'll have any better luck. My personal experiences with this medical practice have been equally frustrating, as the physicians seem disinterested in addressing my concerns and appear focused solely on my ongoing medical condition. While I'm desperately wanting to switch healthcare providers, I've heard disheartening rumors that alternative clinics are potentially even more disappointing - if such a thing is imaginable.

Frustrating service and impossible gp appointments

I have been a patient at this medical practice for over two decades without any previous complaints. However, in recent years, I've become increasingly frustrated with their service quality. Repeatedly, when I call between 8:00 and 8:10 AM, I'm told that all the doctors I request are fully booked for the day. For the past year, I have been unable to secure an appointment with my primary care physician. It seems implausible that every single time slot gets filled within just ten minutes, especially when they do not accept advance bookings for that day.
