Poor experience

Lack of responsiveness. Medical records not being updated of reviewed. I always have to bring a hard copy of my medical reports form hospitals,etc. with me to this surgery the practitioners claim either not having received these or missing. Patients with pre-existing medical conditions are not being taken seriously.delays.One particular GP is very rude, condescending and keeps interrupting me.
