Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs

I apologize, but the service here is truly terrible. Making an appointment seems completely unattainable, and I'm left wondering what exactly they do. The waiting time is endless—you could be stuck waiting for years. I absolutely cannot recommend this general practitioner. My advice? Look for a different healthcare provider.

Frustrating experience with unresponsive medical practice

The medical staff are exceptional, but accessing them is a significant challenge. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for almost three weeks now. Following their precise instructions, I call exactly at 8:30 AM to secure the next available non-urgent slot, only to be left waiting on hold for half an hour. When the line finally starts ringing, it abruptly disconnects - a frustrating occurrence that has happened multiple times previously, which I've already reported. On the rare occasions I do manage to get through, I'm informed that all appointments have been booked. I've now sent two separate emails about these ongoing issues and have received absolutely no response whatsoever.

Terrible healthcare service for new parents

Utterly frustrated! Recently moved to the neighborhood and signed up with this practice, having a newborn in tow. Their communication is abysmal - I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for my sick infant for a fortnight, calling repeatedly every single day, yet receiving no response. When I finally managed to connect with someone, they coldly informed me they couldn't see my baby because it was Friday and they were swamped, suggesting I try again next week. Absolutely unacceptable! The entire team, from the front desk staff to the medical professionals, displays a shocking lack of compassion and customer service. I'm definitely switching medical providers immediately.
