I've been attempting to reach them for a staggering three hours, starting at 8 AM. Surprisingly, I wasn't even far down the queue - I held the third position from the moment I dialed. It's baffling that it took three hours to process just two customers ahead of me. This raises serious questions about their staffing and efficiency. The experience leaves me wondering if anyone is actually manning the phones or if they're all on some sort of extended break. It certainly feels like they've decided to take an impromptu holiday at the expense of customer service.

Pharmacy mishap distresses vulnerable patient

I recently accompanied my daughter to retrieve her prescription and medical note, as she's been struggling with severe emotional distress and suicidal thoughts. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no record of the order, and the script was nowhere to be found. Faced with a barrage of excuses and explanations, I felt compelled to leave, primarily out of concern for my daughter's well-being. The lack of consideration shown towards individuals grappling with mental health issues was appalling. Shockingly, mere minutes after returning home, my daughter called the facility to voice her frustration, only to be told that the documents had suddenly materialized. This experience left us feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated with the level of care and attention provided.

I recently received my Covid vaccination at this facility, and I must say, the efficiency was impressive. The process moved along swiftly, with minimal waiting time. Most of the staff members were incredibly courteous, offering assistance and maintaining a friendly demeanor throughout. However, I couldn't help but notice the receptionist's demeanor, which stood in stark contrast to the rest of the team. Her attitude came across as rather brusque and unwelcoming. Perhaps she was dealing with personal issues that day, but it did slightly dampen an otherwise positive experience.
