Dr. Patel provided exceptional care for my mother, Jean Mason, during her appointment. He was incredibly courteous, took his time, and genuinely listened to her concerns. Shortly after leaving the clinic, we received a text message with two hospital referral letters. We both felt thoroughly supported and deeply respected throughout the entire interaction. The receptionist was equally wonderful, making me wish Dr. Patel was my personal physician, though I'm grateful he is caring for my mum. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team.

Quick and caring flu jab service

Visited the clinic for a blood test and was informed I'd need to return the next day for a flu shot. However, the nurse offered to administer it right then to save me an extra trip. The staff's service was exceptional, with incredibly kind nurses and a welcoming reception team who remain cheerful despite their demanding workload. The doctors were equally impressive. Nightmare wait at pediatric clinic

This medical facility is an absolute disaster. Just 5 minutes past their opening, and there's no doctor available for a toddler's appointment. Their phone lines are completely useless - constantly engaged, making communication impossible. You're forced to physically go to the location. This clinic is so dysfunctional that it desperately needs intervention from authorities or regulatory services. Without private insurance, you're left with nothing more than a single nurse for care. If you have any alternative, steer clear of this place for your own safety. The wait is so horrendous, you might actually perish before receiving any medical attention!!!!!

Someone urgently needs to diagnose the critical condition of this medical practice. Following a lengthy period of association with Nene Valley Surgery, I am now ready to part ways. The reception staff demonstrate an unacceptable attitude, displaying arrogance, offensiveness, and a complete lack of empathy towards patients. Telephone communication is consistently problematic, with calls either going unanswered or perpetually encountering busy signals. The physicians (when accessible) appear overly dependent on nurses to manage their patient load. What was previously a highly regarded local medical facility has now deteriorated to a point of near collapse, desperately requiring comprehensive restructuring. I recommend seeking alternative healthcare providers, as I myself intend to do.
