Worst medical experience ever with incompetent doctors

If possible, I'd give zero stars! This surgery gets progressively worse with each visit. The medical staff demonstrate a complete lack of expertise, compassion, and professional conduct. Throughout my numerous visits over the past eight months - both for myself and my six-month-old infant - they've proven utterly incompetent. They appear confused, ignore patient concerns, and resort to googling potential treatments. Their ability to provide care is so poor that they can barely manage adult patients, let alone children. I'm deeply distressed and genuinely worried about my baby's health. I'm baffled by Dr. Mehmood's positive reputation, as he seems entirely clueless. During one consultation, he claimed to be unfamiliar with oral thrush infection and initially refused treatment for my child - which is absolutely unacceptable. He even prescribed medication without a proper in-person examination, simply accepting my description over the telephone. It's no surprise that patients continue to experience deteriorating health under such substandard medical care.

Visited the clinic for routine bloodwork, and an elderly Asian woman posing as a healthcare professional brutally botched my blood draw by incompetently inserting the needle, causing significant discomfort. The minimal blood she managed to collect was carelessly thrown away. The attending physician seemed competent, though.

2024 update: I've experienced an incredibly exasperating interaction with the receptionists at this medical practice. Their level of ineptitude is truly remarkable. Not only do they demonstrate poor communication abilities, but they also appear to have minimal comprehension of their own operational protocols. The most critical problem I've encountered is their consistent inability to process prescription requests accurately and promptly. Multiple times, I've received incorrect medication, and when attempting to address these errors, the receptionists remain unhelpful and dismissive. Such carelessness is not merely inconvenient; it's potentially life-threatening. Appointment management is consistently chaotic, with staff frequently providing contradictory information about services and availability. Their indifferent demeanor and lack of compassion are particularly concerning, especially when handling sensitive medical matters. I emphatically recommend that management implement comprehensive training and enhanced supervision for their reception team. Patients deserve treatment characterized by respect, professionalism, and competence - qualities currently absent from this practice. 2023: Unprofessional, consistently omitting medicines from REPEAT prescriptions, perpetually delayed in signing. I've never successfully obtained a prescription without encountering complications or missing items. Receptionists routinely accuse patients of not submitting repeat prescriptions punctually, demonstrating complete ignorance of their responsibilities! Forcing patients to pursue them for over a week when medication is about to expire. I left the prescription with a receptionist for signing, who carelessly left it visible on the desk, completely disregarding GDPR regulations! I was compelled to wait an hour in the surgery for the GP to sign an electronic prescription. The incompetent receptionists failed to even forward the prescription correctly. Instead, they left it exposed for anyone entering the clinic to see. Surgery operates without a physician present... clearly exceptional patient care... incompetent receptionists who cannot execute the most basic task of message transmission!

Endless wait destroyed my entire surgery experience

This surgical experience was absolutely dreadful. I fail to comprehend the point of scheduling an appointment when patients are forced to endure endless waiting times. Despite arriving punctually at 10:55 a.m. for my 11 a.m. appointment and being instructed to arrive five minutes early, I was left sitting around for an excruciating hour and a half before finally being called at 12:30 p.m. If negative ratings were possible, I would absolutely use them.

The service was absolutely terrible. The staff are incredibly incompetent, seemingly more interested in coffee breaks than attending to patients. They completely ignored people at the front desk, which is disgraceful. They lied during our phone conversations and failed to book my appointment despite me calling three times to schedule a visit for my baby. No doctors were available, making the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. The office was a mess, with buckets of coffee everywhere, giving the impression they care more about drinking coffee than providing medical care. The bathroom was barely clean, adding to the overall shameful environment. Their service is so poor they don't even deserve a single star. I'm planning to record all future phone calls to document their incompetence. Absolutely unacceptable medical practice!

The medical facility on Neville Road is exceptional. The front desk personnel are courteous and supportive Dr Mehmood is outstanding. I called the clinic at 8:30am - got connected by 8:40am and received a call back from Dr Mehmood at 9:30am. Prescription was immediately transmitted to the pharmacy for pickup - mission accomplished! I feel incredibly fortunate to be a patient at this healthcare practice
