Terrible customer service that wastes your time
Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Began attempting to join their queue at 8 in the morning, following their automated system's instructions to press number 1 for queue placement. Despite expecting a callback, no contact came through until 10 am. When I initiated a follow-up call to maintain my position, I discovered I was still eighth in line. The entire process is utterly absurd - one can only imagine how unhelpful they'd be if genuine advice were needed, as they clearly don't offer proper appointments.

Dr Mahmood has consistently demonstrated exceptional care for every member of my family, from grandparents to kids! The doctor is both incredibly informed and genuinely empathetic. Impossible to schedule ahead of time. You're forced to ring up precisely at 8:30 AM and endure an enormous waiting line. After all that, they simply inform you that nothing is accessible and dismissively wish you "good luck" - absolutely frustrating.

Disappointing service from new staff at clinic
A relative previously recommended this practice, but their satisfaction has drastically declined due to the unprofessional new receptionist and the recent arrival of Dr. Saj Mehmood. In contrast, Dr. Rikaby was exceptional. I sincerely hope management will consider replacing both the current doctor and receptionist to restore the quality of care.

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs
Dr Saj Mehmood's management has completely decimated this practice's reputation, dropping from an excellent rating to rock bottom. The front desk staff are discourteous and unhelpful, particularly the young Pakistani woman and Pauline. Appointment availability is severely limited with frequent half-day closures, and accessing a doctor seems impossible. Their communication is non-existent, with no functioning telephone service. It's baffling how they've been labeled the top surgery in Luton when they should arguably be considered the worst medical facility in the area and definitely warrant a comprehensive negative review.

Compassionate care makes all the difference for seniors
The medical practice is exceptionally professional. They have been incredible for my aging mother. They truly listen and, more crucially, demonstrate genuine compassion. The receptionist is delightful and the entire staff is outstanding. Dr Mehmood is incredibly attentive towards my mum, making her feel completely secure. This is undoubtedly one of the finest medical facilities in Luton. We are deeply grateful for all they have done.

I just had a telephone consultation where they requested photos of my medical issue 😵 and subsequently prescribed antibiotics. What's the difficulty with scheduling face-to-face appointments? "Covid" was the excuse during winter to maintain distance, but what's preventing in-person meetings now? Is it the sunshine and warm temperatures?

Heartless doctor abandoned me after stillbirth
After experiencing the devastating loss of a stillborn, I sought support from my doctor who initially provided a brief sick leave. However, he abruptly refused to extend my medical leave, showing zero empathy or compassion during my most vulnerable moment. Forced into a difficult situation, I was compelled to seek alternative medical certification through online services, incurring substantial expenses each time. The callous treatment I received raises serious concerns about the quality of patient care. If I was handled so callously during such a profoundly traumatic period, one can only imagine how other patients might be treated. The emotional and financial burden of losing a child, being unable to work, and then facing such heartless medical treatment is truly overwhelming. This experience fundamentally challenges the core principles of medical practice. Healthcare professionals are supposed to embody compassion, understanding, and support, especially during life's most challenging moments. Instead, this doctor demonstrated a complete lack of human dignity and professional empathy. The incident reveals a disturbing hierarchy of perceived patient importance within this medical practice. It's profoundly disheartening that someone entrusted with healing could display such profound indifference. This doctor should be deeply ashamed of his conduct, as it fundamentally betrays the noble intentions behind choosing a medical career.
