The staff's demeanor is shockingly unprofessional. It's frustrating that you must interact with them to schedule appointments or resolve concerns. Receptionists routinely disclose sensitive medical results and diagnoses loudly in crowded waiting areas, compromising patient privacy. They interrogate patients about personal health details before even considering booking an appointment. Confidential information is mishandled, potentially exposed to unauthorized individuals, and they cannot account for who has accessed medical records. When patients voice legitimate complaints about this treatment, the staff become aggressive, talking over them and abruptly ending conversations. The service quality is appalling, and I am currently pursuing formal complaints about their unethical practices. While the medical practitioners themselves are occasionally personable, they can be overly dismissive. Overall, the entire experience feels impersonal and mechanical, like patients are merely processed through a system rather than receiving individualized care.

Friendly staff, but one doctor needs serious attitude adjustment

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and Dr. Mehmood is exceptional, but the female doctor working on Mondays left much to be desired. I had scheduled an appointment with her to discuss some concerns, and just three days prior, on Friday evening, I was involved in a severe car accident. When I brought this up to her, she coldly suggested I should have booked a separate appointment for that issue. How could I possibly do that when the accident occurred Friday night? Her lack of empathy was astounding, and I'm genuinely questioning her suitability as a medical professional. Doctors should fundamentally be compassionate and patient-focused. What made her response even more frustrating was that the waiting room was completely empty that day. Ultimately, she did see me, but her response left me utterly bewildered and disappointed.
