Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible appointment booking

Attempting to secure a same-day urgent appointment requires calling precisely at 0800, I've spent more than two hours attempting to reach their office this morning (between 0800-1015), with a phone log documenting 70 separate call attempts, yet the line remained perpetually engaged. Now that it's 1015, my chances of obtaining an urgent appointment have essentially evaporated! Not only must patients cover parking expenses without reimbursement, but routine appointment wait times are excessively prolonged!

Shady company steals and denies personal information

I discovered they were unlawfully handling my personal data. Upon confronting them, they became flustered and attempted to cover their tracks. I have zero confidence in their integrity. Based on my interactions, they operate like criminals.

What a delightful change of pace! From the initial interaction, they have been absolutely fantastic. After being made to feel utterly incompetent at my former medical practice by the front desk staff, I was thrilled to sign up here, and I have not been let down. Every single staff member I've encountered thus far has been incredibly supportive and welcoming, so here's hoping this is the standard moving forward!

This healthcare facility is utterly ridiculous, though likely representative of standard medical practices in this overpopulated nation. In contrast, I have a residence in Spain where consulting a physician is far more straightforward. This country has devolved into an absolute farce in numerous aspects.
