A disregarding and unsympathetic doctor who fails to recognize medical concerns and makes patients feel unwelcome. I'm planning to file a formal complaint and switch to another medical practice. The physician seems barely acquainted with my personal health history and treats me condescendingly, even when serious health issues are at stake. I previously attempted to lodge a complaint but withdrew it, though this time the complaint will remain. I should have heeded my colleagues' advice to abandon this GP practice two years ago.
