Missed cancer diagnosis with rude staff

The customer service is absolutely terrible. When my dad had cancer, they dismissively told him he was fine, and if he hadn't insisted on further testing, he could have died. The receptionists act like they're medical experts and are extremely discourteous. After leaving the hospital, I couldn't secure an appointment for three whole months. They deliberately withheld information about a self-scheduling option available through an online portal. I discovered on the government website that patients can actually book their own appointments. When I called to request login credentials, they were visibly unhappy - seemingly because if patients managed their own scheduling, the staff would become unnecessary. These doctors are shockingly unprofessional and rude. I eventually obtained my login details, and I recommend everyone request their own access to bypass the frustrating administrative staff.

Completely frustrating experience! Scheduling a doctor's visit here is an absolute nightmare. The front desk staff consistently ignore incoming calls, and you can distinctly hear them hanging up, irrespective of the call's urgency. I've documented these instances multiple times and intend to escalate my complaint. I strongly advise seeking medical care elsewhere, as this practice is completely unacceptable and the personnel demonstrate a total absence of compassion. You'll have an incredibly difficult time getting anyone to pick up the phone.

Impossible to book an ultrasound appointment

Scheduling an appointment here is extremely challenging. You have to make countless phone calls, only to be told no slots are open. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive. When I urgently needed an ultrasound, they simply passed me a midwife's contact number. I was left uncertain about my pregnancy's status and felt like they were trying to quickly dismiss me. Ultimately, I had to arrange a private ultrasound - thankfully, some professionals still care about patient needs. I absolutely cannot recommend this medical practice to anyone seeking genuine medical support.
