This inconsistency perfectly mirrors the frequent medication errors I experience and explains why I'm constantly seen by temporary locum doctors who are typically incompetent and unhelpful.

One of the most subpar medical practices I've encountered, I've reluctantly remained a patient for 24 months due to my student status, and virtually every time I've required their services, I've experienced at least one significant problem. Terrible primary care with racist undertones

Avoid signing up with this medical practice. It's absolutely terrible. Their appointment scheduling is a complete mess, and the staff comes across as discourteous and, from my perspective, showed hints of racial insensitivity that made me feel deeply uncomfortable. They completely disregard patient concerns, immediately resorting to ordering generic blood or urine tests without even listening to your symptoms. After that, they expect you to wait 7-14 days for results and provide no follow-up consultation. They seem incapable of arranging a subsequent appointment to discuss your actual health issue. Their medical expertise appears limited to prescribing paracetamol and ibuprofen as a catch-all solution for every single medical complaint.

My child is currently in her freshman year of university and has been struggling with her health. After registering with the medical practice back in October, she reached out this morning and was incredibly fortunate. Within just half an hour, she was consulted by a doctor and promptly obtained her prescribed medication from the local pharmacy. Massive appreciation goes to Newcastle Medical centre for providing what seems to be the most responsive and streamlined healthcare service I've encountered recently. As a parent located far from my daughter, this experience has been incredibly comforting and reassuring!

Worst medical practice ever

I'd give a worse rating if I could, this is hands down the most disorganized medical practice I've ever experienced, with staff who are incredibly rude and entirely unhelpful. I strongly recommend seeking out an alternative GP practice if at all possible. I seldom encountered a healthcare worker who showed genuine understanding or care regarding my medical concerns. Throughout my journey, seven separate physicians failed to accurately identify my condition, forcing me to ultimately seek help from my local family doctor, who promptly diagnosed and treated me effectively. I strongly advise against seeking treatment here.
