Superb Care. When I required consultation with a Healthcare Professional, I contacted the medical center and was promptly scheduled for an appointment with a Specialist Nurse Practitioner within sixty minutes. They provided expert guidance on the most effective approach to address my medical concern. Following the professional advice, my health issue has been successfully managed. The service was exceptional from beginning to end, and I am truly grateful. Moreover, the Specialist Nurse Practitioner followed up by phone yesterday, delivering my test results and ensuring my complete recovery. My sincere appreciation.

Disgraceful

Leaving aside the difficulties of getting appointments, the main problem is lack of honesty to the patient: eg when a GP says that an urgent 2 week referral will be done by him that day only to find 10 days later 'he is on annual leave and we can't disturb him' (sic!) BUT THE REFERRAL STILL HASN'T BEEN DONE! is astonishing, appalling and dishonesty. For the Practice manager of the same surgery to assure me by email that a staff member will check another referral and get back to me In a week, only for a week to pass and now I speak with the staff member who has never seen the instruction at all! It is just one lie after another, or sheer incompetence, who can tell?

Unprofessional service with endless gossip and excuses

Subpar establishment with poor service.. They claim to be overwhelmed and crowded, yet when you're waiting endlessly due to an urgent matter, you quickly notice the place is completely deserted! If it's so empty, why do they insist they're swamped? But the most aggravating aspect is the unprofessional gossip! The female staff members ignore incoming calls, instead engaging in personal chatter and using their private phones (consistently the same Polish employees).. it's time to grow up - discussing others behind their backs is disrespectful and inappropriate!!

Been battling a persistent urinary tract infection for half a year, and despite multiple medical consultations, I've received no effective treatment. Each appointment has been frustratingly unhelpful, with doctors simply advising me to increase my water intake, which has done nothing to resolve my ongoing health issue.
